Hicimos un viaje en familia y nos quedamos en una habitación familiar muy cómoda y limpia y con unas vistas muy bonitas. Aunque comentamos en la reserva que íbamos por el cumpleaños de nuestra hija en la recepción no estaban enterados y nunca vimos a la persona encargada de tales paquetes y atenciones. Les recomiendo no dar por sentado estos detalles aclarándolo en la reserva pero no se preocupen porque en el hotel hay un personal excelente que cuando lo conocieron intentaron en todo momento hacernos sentir bien y que nuestra pequeña tuviera un día especial. Muchas gracias al señor Frank en la Bufet y a los trabajadores del Bar cerca de la recepción muy amables en todo momento. Tienen un sitio de actividades infantiles genial en donde los niños se lo pasaron increíble con Antonio y otra chica no menos importante aunque no recordemos su nombre.La playa super hermosa volvería siempre a este hotel.

Wir waren mit Kindern und deren Baby für 11 Tage dort. Es war das erste Mal und auch das erste Mal in einem 4-Sterne-Familienhotel. Wir waren begeistert! Die Zimmer "Beach Front" waren groß, sauber, mit kleinem Balkon und erstaunlich ruhig gelegen. Die Verpflegung waren sehr gut in Qualität und Auswahl. Die Buffets waren immer sehr aufgeräumt und sauber! Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kennen mittlerweile mehrer Hotels in Santi Petri. Diese Hotel war eine sher positive Überraschung. Den Strand kennen und schätzen wir seit vielen Jahren. Deshalb kommen wir seit fast 12 Jahren immer wieder hierher.

Una vez más volvimos a Iberostar Royal Andalus, y no nos defraudó. La comida esta bien pero en los almuerzos hubo días que era limitado/repetitivo. La atención de todo el personal del bar y del restaurante es admirable, especial mención a Bocanegra, Fran y Estrada, son fuera de serie. Esta vez faltaba personal en el restaurante en la hora de desayuno y almuerzo, ya que acababas de desayunar o comer y los platos seguían en la mesa. El gimnasio huele a cerrado y esta muy dejado, merece una renovación inmediata. El parking fuera de la época de verano podría tener una tarifa más atractiva ya que 35 euros es abusivo. Las habitaciones resultan calurosas incluso en esta época ya que los Aires acondicionados no enfrian.

Worst experience I had in all my travels. I had to pay the stay at check-in while all hotels I stayed this is done at check-out. Had to pay 3 euro a night for the safe in the room. Never had this at any other hotel. This is nickeling and diming. The AC did not work, the room was too hot at nights and if you open the windows, the mosquitos will eat you. The pools were closed off while it was still quiet enjoyable outdoors. The beach chairs were removed. I booked the hotel for all the amenities that were described at time of booking, but were not provided. There was only a buffet at 38 euro pp available in the evening which is overpriced.
