Check in is at 6 p.m. which is truly inconvenient since check out is at 11 a.m, Our room wasn't ready until after 7 p.m. Our room had a dead roach in it. On top, you need to pay for parking which is ridiculous.
When you call the front desk, it takes over 10 minutes to get anyone on the phone. The rooms are small and cramped.4 of us in a room was truly tooooo much. The room wasn't cleaned while we stayed.

I stayed at the Disney All-Star Sports Resorts more than 6 years ago and remembered it being an aged motel-style hotel. It seems like this resort has been renovated since then. Still motel-style with three floors that are accessible from the outdoors with elevators and stairs. However, the rooms have completely been renovated (at least the building we were staying in). The room has been repainted; flooring redone, and the furniture seem to have been replaced with newer ones. The beds were super comfortable. The standing shower, sink, and toilet seems to have been replaced as well (I recall they used to have bathtubs). The room was very clean and very modern. The only complaint we had was the height of the toilet. We are on the petite side so the toilet were a bit too tall for us. It's a bit taller compare to standard hotel-sized toilets. It was quiet despite the rooms being connected directly to the outside. Their food court is decent but pricey. Overall, a great stay.

Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture.

Booked the hotel as it is very close by the airport. The location is excellent 5 mins walk across the airport but the room is a bit run down and smell. I checked other hotels nearby and surestay price is lower in comparison. It is definitely over priced at $160. Better stay downtown and take link next time I come to Seattle.

A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.

We stayed here during low season in September. The rooms were fairly spacious, housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast buffet restaurant staff were excellent. Good little on-site store, but otherwise limited options. But it didn't matter because Disney Springs is just a short walk away. Bus to the Disney Parks is free, which is fantastic. But don't talk to the desk about the free welcome pack. It was a very hard sell and left me and my family feeling very uncomfortable. The only real downside to our stay.

Booked this location for a two night stay for our 5 year anniversary for the purpose of visiting Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure theme parks. Called a day before arrival to see if I could have a bottle of wine or champagne waiting as a small surprise for my wife. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite but informed me that this location didn’t offer such a service. He did say he would make a note on the account that is was an anniversary trip. Upon arrival the following day, the concierge who greeted us offered us a congratulations as we checked in. We were upgraded rooms to a junior sweet and even had our parking fees waived. It was a very thoughtful gesture and really got our trip off to a great start. Every staff member we encountered was very polite and welcoming and we really appreciated it. Room was clean. Did not have a single issue. Only a 10-20 minute drive from Universal with a car rented.

Excellent hotel!!Big shout out to the General manager Amber Kesely for sorting out a situation with my reservation she is fantastic. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the check in was fast and smooth, my room was very clean and the pools and gyms was excellent. Did I mention that free breakfast is a plus and the location cannot be beat. The location in Kissimmee can’t be beat. I will be back!!

There are many museums, art galleries, theatres, cinemas and concerts to choose, as well as a variety of restaurants that offer Brazilian and international cuisine. Some popular tourist sites in São Paulo include the Municipal Market, the Paulista Avenue, the Ibirapuera Park and the historical neighborhood of Liberty, which is known for its strong Japanese influence. Public transport in São Paulo may be complicated, especially during peak hours, but there are several options available, such as metro, bus and taxi. If you have a more flexible budget, it can be more convenient and comfortable to use transport applications such as Uber or 99. Sao Paulo is also known for his animated night life, with many bars, night houses and partys taking place throughout the city, but it is important to remember to keep safety in mind during the night and avoid less secure areas.

GGuest UserMy Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

GGuest UserFamily and I stayed Oct 7-14, 2022. I was pleased with my room at first. We had a nice room on the main floor, close to all the restaurants and gift shops, with a balcony which is what I had paid for with a very nice view. Friday night, the first night we stayed, there was a massive water leak I believe coming from the ice machine which absolutely ponded the whole wing. All the pounding and workers talking kept up us half the night. We had to move rooms and unfortunately there were no more rooms available with balconies and were stuck with a room with absolutely no view, just a view of the awning over the front door when you come in. Definitely disappointing. Also, new room had a fingernail clipping on the floor, a used tooth flosser in the closet and a lost cough drop under the bed. We were comped $300 for switching rooms and could see fireworks from Magic Kingdom out the window, but still sad we were without a balcony with a view. We noticed the carpets were pretty worn going down the hallways and the A/C was cranked up so high, it felt like Antarctica walking down the hall. There are quite a few choices for food, but we found most of it to be mediocre and had better experiences off Disney. Shula's Steakhouse and the BlueZoo restaurant require reservations and have a dress code. We did enjoy the ice cream at the Fountain, however. There was also a fee for parking and getting to the parking lot was quite a trek. It would be excruciating for someone in a wheelchair or had problems walking. We had rented a car and bought a few groceries for the room and had to wheel them in a suitcase, it was that far of a walk. The hotel was extremely huge and very confusing. Since we had to move rooms to the 7th floor, I found myself getting lost every time I left the room. If you're looking for a hotel close to the parks, it was easy to get to Magic Kingdom and Epcot, as you could ride the water taxi or walk, and also close to the Skyliner. The walkway from the Dolphin to the Swan was pretty at night when it was lit up. In conclusion, I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. I feel there are a lot nicer places to stay in the Disney realm. Last year in 2021, we stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and had a way better experience. Other members of my family stayed across the pond at the Yacht Club and now I wish I would have spent the extra money to stay there - it was a lot nicer and cleaner than the Dolphin.

There is also a cafeteria which is open until 11pm. The only missing amenity is the absence of a luggage rack in the room and also remember to bring suntan lotion, as this item is often sold out in the gift shops.
I did make two complaints (over the phone and at the front desk) about another guest smoking in the unit above our room.
This is not the hotel's fault, but hopefully the smoking complaints are investigated as the resorts are nonsmoking except for designated areas outside.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, especially suitable for more people, one bedroom, two living rooms and two bathrooms. Around 3200 per day without breakfast. Sleeping in 3 beds of 1.5 meters. The hotel bus shuttle park and the cable car shuttle park are very convenient. The hotel's meals are also good. It's nice to eat in the swimming pool, but it's too cold. Foreigners' physical fitness is really good. It's cold and windy around 10:00 p.m. Adults and children are swimming in the swimming pool. We stayed in the Lion King Suite. The mermaid is the most inconvenient. The suite is the closest to Nemo. The Lion King suite will be quieter next to Nemo.

We visit Disney often and we always wanted to stay at the Contemporary...what more iconic resort is there than the one with the monorail going through it after all? Location was absolutely wonderful. You cannot get any closer to the Magic Kingdom unless you stay in the castle! We had the option of hopping over on the monorail or walking the path between the park and the resort. This made going to my favorite park a breeze. Room. We booked a Theme Park View room which was perfect because we could literally see the castle and space mountain from our balcony and we could lay in our beds at night at watch the fireworks. BUT if I were to stay here again I would not book this category. There are a lot of viewing areas around the hotel where you can watch the fireworks from without paying a premium for it. Also beware...in some of the rooms you can feel the bed shake when the monorail goes through. The room itself was spacious and we liked the fun Incredibles theming. The resort itself was loud, due to the layout and how open it is to the restaurants on the 4th floor. You will hear noise constantly. This resort shares a bus with Wilderness Lodge which I thought was odd for the price point. On many occasions we were packed in like sardines and it was standing room only. Also no bus to/from Epcot. You have to use the monorail and transfer at the ticket and transportation center to the Epcot monorail. Which at times was insanely busy and we probably would have rather taken a bus if the option was there. Plenty of food options. Mobile ordering at Contempo Cafe makes it easy to have your food ready when you want it and it's customizable for picky eaters. Chef Mickey's is always LOUD! California Grill is worth a visit. We didn't get to try Steakhouse 71. Sadly the resort lacked the personal touch I have come to know and expect from other Disney resorts (many at much lower price tags!) so that was not something I was prepared for. All in all, it was fun to cross this iconic resort off my Disney bucket list but it was a one and done for us. TIPS: Don't waste your money on the theme park view rooms. There are plenty of places to view the fireworks from the resort. Also maybe consider using an Uber/Lyft at busy times to avoid the jam packed busses.

RRytel ReynoldsAbsolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!
