"I felt there was a real lack of information regarding the schedules for attractions like archery and beach volleyball, which didn't seem to have set times. The pool dive also lacked a specific schedule. The worst part for me, though, was the bathroom in the room. The resort and the room itself are wonderful, but the bathroom is very cramped and there aren't enough mats on the floor to dry yourself. The toilet takes forever to refill after flushing, and the faucets for the shower, sink, and jacuzzi are very old and constantly leaking. Aside from that, the stay and food were excellent. The staff are incredibly welcoming and cheerful, which really enhanced our stay, except for the baristas who only seemed lively during parties or when they were getting cash tips (I understand, but it's annoying). Overall, a great stay!"

"Property is nice and rooms have good aircon and hot water. Wifi is very bad and food is not the greatest, especially the buffet. Wasabi restaurant was the worse food I’ve had in a very long time. Lots of kids and parents who don’t care if kids are screaming, yelling etc. This might be ok for families but without kids I’d look elsewhere."

"Our room can occupy 5 persons which is good. Furnitures and amenities is nice. Only thing I can comment is the AC. It was 20C and I feel its not cool enough and can barely make the room cool. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Other than that i like the resort and the food. Add up some activities for the night like party and cool music please."
