The Hotel needs to organize itself better, 3 times (when I registered, when I arrived to collect the card and when I returned the card to leave) I was charged for the daily rate.
I paid when I made the reservation on 14/11.....and it's super annoying when you keep saying that it has already been paid. The lack of organization is passed on to the guest
