The room was very good! Clean, sanitary, fully equipped, no odor, on the hillside (the old town of Tbilisi is a mountain town with slopes everywhere, but fortunately the local taxi drivers are very enthusiastic and will always send you to the door), with an exclusive courtyard, very warm and beautiful. There is a simple meal every morning, which is clean and delicious, and very cost-effective. I really recommend it!

The owners are really helpful and carrying. They helped us with every question or ask we had. The rooms were clean and designed. The food was fresh and very please. The location is great in a peaceful and quiet place nearby the center. Be sure that I’ll be back to this hotel again

Мы прожили всего два дня. Чувствовали себя комфортно, уютно,как дома. Отличный персонал, заботливый и добродушный. Расположение тоже хорошое. Через 20 минут ходьбы можно добраться до море. Все прекрасные достопримечательности рядом. Я сюда непременно вернусь.

We were in Batumi May 2022, the hotel's staffs were so friendly and they helped us, they answer all of my questions about buses, trains, tourist attraction, The receptionist (3 brothers) are so kind. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good. Betty and Ehsan❤

Great hotel and restaurant upstairs. The rooms are good, there is heating and air conditioning. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV. The rooms are clean with nice views. The restaurant is upstairs with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Very cozy. The food is delicious, the portions are large, you really need to order in advance, but overall 5+. I would especially like to thank Irakli, he is very responsive, helpful and simply an excellent manager!!! I recommend this hotel!
