The room is clean and well laid out. I like the rooftop terrace with unlimited sunset views. I didn't experience the swimming pool. The breakfast is not cost-effective. The location is good, very close to the beach, and free roadside parking is available.

A very design hotel. Surprisingly, we were given a free room upgrade after we arrived. It is located in the old town, across the street from the sea, and a few minutes' walk from Ali & Nino. The overall space is very beautiful. You can directly see the iconic buildings of Batumi Square from the room. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic! The only bug is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off, which makes noise when sleeping, and the sliding door cannot be closed. I have already reported this to the hotel.

Классный, современный отель в Батуми. Накодиться рядом с набережной. Внутри все новое - современное - в минималистическом стиле. Номера большие , сделаны с деревянным интерьером - что придает уют. Но мерах есть и детки и комсметические принадлежности. Единственный минус - брали с видом на море - но его из-за растительности не было( были на 3 этаже) из всех 3 окон, плюс шум от дороги. В отЕл. Хотелось возвращаться. Удобная кровать и отличный душ. Плюс хороший бассейн на крыше с лежаками и шикарным видом. Ну и оставил самые лучше впечатления - завтрак! Это вкусно и разнообразно ! Если Батуми - то однозначно отель этой сети!

This was my best stay in Batumi, ever, made so by the excellent accommodation at ROOMS Batumi, the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff.... Best Breakfast and food you can imagine - everything 10/10. Will come back for sure! You are the best!

We had a fantastic time at the gorgeous Rooms Batumi! I am so grateful to all the staff for making this trip so enjoyable and stress free from the moment we arrived. The property speaks for itself as to how beautifully designed the rooms, restaurants and the common areas are. It was great to stay at rooms. Cosy stylish environment, location is central. Staff was welcoming and food was delicious as well. If looking for an instagramable location definitely must visit. Try Ajaruli Khachapuri it’s the best in Adjara.

We stayed on this property for 2 days and 2 nights. The hotel is placed in a heart of old Batumi and everything is in walking distance. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We asked for late check out and they let us do so without charge. I wont to extend our thanks to GM Elene Miroian and Gigi Javshanashvili for their friendly and helpful disposition. In short we are very grateful for our stay . We, certainly come back again
