Except for the fact that it's close to the beach (that too you have to cross the road with terrible traffic), there is very little good about this hotel. The most pathetic thing is their staff. I'm traveling with a baby and despite multiple requests for providing extra bedding (we'd booked a room with a baby bed so it was paid for by us), the staff did not budge. They kept using excuses like unavailability of staff or not understanding english. Finally my baby slept in discomfort. Definitely not a family-friendly hotel so zero recommendation. Cherry on the cake - Our room was not stocked properly, no toiletries or beverages that we're entitled to. We never received these btw. The wifi was not working and that took forever to get sorted. Also, the AC makes these weird noises and the walls are thin too. Just book something else because anything is better than this.

I will mention in detail about my visit to this bad hotel after 8 nights of stay. It is worth noting that this hotel has 3 names, which makes it difficult to distinguish it in order to evaluate it properly, as its previous name was Al Boulevard. My family and I arrived early at 10 am and received the room after 4 pm, and this was after a lot of pressure on them. They do not take into account the meaning of a family and children. They prevented us from eating any breakfast to provide for the children. There was not even water or juice to drink. The excuse was that this contradicts the hotel's policy. When it was after 4 pm, the room was dirty and not clean, even the carpets on the floor were not clean. The breakfast is very bad. They do not replenish what ends and the number of employees is small. Water, milk, hot coffee or anything runs out and they do not replenish it unless we request. Even fried eggs were avoided and the excuse was that the number of people was large and this puts them under pressure. As for cleaning, it is very, very, very bad. And yiu can see a picture how they put shelter in store beside the green floor mop.the The dishes are not washed with soap. The worker just rubs them with her dirty hands, which makes the cup smell bad. Of course, I had to use tools in the room because I had a small child with me. They do not clean the bathroom well and there is no use of soap or disinfectant and the floor is not cleaned well and the toilet has a bad smell like a sewer as the infrastructure is very bad and you may see this when you open the water in the toilet even without using it As for the bed, the sheets are not clean and I think they are not changed and they have bad sprays for dust mites, which caused me and my family to have severe allergies on our bodies and in different areas of our bodies. We
