Замечательный новый отель. Очень чистый, вся мебель новая. Потрясающий вид из окна (мне дали номер на пятом этаже с видом на улочки старого Батуми). Местоположение отличное - в старом городе, в центре ночной жизни, однако в номере было тихо. Очень обходительный персонал. По запросу принесли теплое одеяло и утюг (хотя было бы здорово иметь доску и утюг в номере всегда). Завтрак неплохой, но не хватает разнообразия. Кофе на завтрак не понравился совсем. За завтрак я бы поставила 4, в остальном - крепкая пятерка. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за теплый прием и комфортное проживание!

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

We stayed at the hotel with children. I don't recommend it to anyone. The hotel recently opened as a franchise and the quality of services does not at all match that of a Best Western. The hotel owner literally yelled at the kids because they were making noise in the pool. We were prohibited from visiting the pool. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude from hotel administration. The quality of the food is extremely low - the chicken is undercooked and contains blood. All food is rebuilt. There is little food that is suitable for children. The attitude towards visitors is disrespectful. On the day of departure, we were required to not only vacate our room at 12, but also to leave the hotel building. The hotel administration prohibits taxis from approaching the hotel, even if the guests have a lot of things.

The room is quite big, and it looks like a decent four-star hotel. The staff are very willing to help. However, the soundproofing of the hotel is not very good, whether it is the sound from the street or the sound from the next room. In general, ordinary apartments, with the usual average renovation. The renovation is of average quality, nothing to admire. We stayed for a couple of nights, it would do for such purposes, just to spend the night, there was no comfort, perhaps we got such a room. At the beginning of May there were a lot of mosquitoes, the child was all bitten during those nights. The plumbing worked, the appliances worked.

I did not stay at the resort and just had dinner. The dishes were excellent. The huge, tree patio area on the cliff overlooking the sea made outdoor dining a wonderful option. I knew my meal here would not be cheap. But I was surprised how good it was. I started with the traditional Georgian tomato salad (great sauce). I ordered it with walnuts. When I didn’t see them, I assumed they forgot to add them. The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. Is was opened & de-boned. Very tasty, & crispy skin. A little sauce (vinegar & ?). I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to. But still a light, flaky fish. Server was wonderful. Menu was large. And the bread, like so much Georgian bread, was wonderful. Great to soak up the extra salad dressing! Gorgeous sunset for a backdrop.
