If you don't like noise, I suggest you don't stay here, people chatting next to the room can be heard. The top of the room can also be heard. People passing by the front of the lint can be heard. The room curtains also don't close properly, aka there are leftovers at the ends. The worst is the soap, the soap is cheap, it doesn't match the price of the amnetis hotel. But for breakfast, I have to admit it's delicious, not much variety but the food is delicious.

Comfortable, nice hotel. Clean room, clean bathroom, nice and polite staff. Will stay again at the Batu Hotel & Villas when on holiday to Batu.

I booked this for my niece as a wedding present. But only location is good but all is in average. WiFi and TV is not working, amenities also not complete. breakfast options is less. It's not value for money, there are more better options than this hotel.

Very highly recommended for relaxing. With the cold weather and cozy place, you can relax on the balcony. It's just that there is no welcome drink to quench your thirst. But over all okay.
