Si vous cherchez le grand luxe 5* d'une grande ville (comme j’ai lu dans certaines critiques négatives), passez votre chemin Mais si vous rechercher un site authentique, avec un vrai charme, vous êtes à la bonne adresse. Le personnel est adorable et le restaurant très bon (heureusement car on est un peu excentré) mais un peu cher. Il y a 3 types de petit déjeuner : Nous avons toujours pris le « Khmer » qui était très bon et très suffisant. Le coin piscine est sympa sans plus. Le site est très beau et vraiment agréable, attention toutefois de ne pas vous trouver un jour de mariage qui peut être bruyant ou le jour de la fête de Bouddha : ça « chante » toute la journée et ce depuis 4h du matin !!!! Sinon le chambres sont spacieuses, la literie bonne et la salle de bain agréable. Une très belle découverte

Wir waren sehr froh, ein Tag früher anreisen zu können und eine 2. Nacht in dieser traumhaften Oase verbringen zu können . Super leckeres Essen, eine tolle Massage , ausruhen am Pool und sich wie zuhause fühlen : wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen . Es ist zu spüren , dass es ein Inhaber geführtes Hotel ist , alles sehr liebevoll und unheimlich toller herzlicher Service . Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team

The hotel is a true oasis amongst the narrow streets on outskirts of the town. The staff were charming (Mr Handsome morphed into Mr Gorgeous after his haircut - his choice of name!), the restaurant, bar a pool areas, surrounding the lotus pool, were lovely. Super pool. Water in room in glass bottles you topped up from a big container. Huge bedroom and the extra bed (no twins) was large and comfortable. Enjoyed good food, a great massage & the lovely swimming pool.

We stayed one night and were really annoyed that there was a wedding right next to the hotel. The hotel apologised when we checked in and gave us ear plugs! The noise was awful and kept us awake for hours. The manager apologised but did not offer any reduction in rate. Breakfast was ok but they bought out all the food at the same time so scrambled eggs went cold! Room had plug sockets on extension lead on the floor. Beds were hard. Pool was small. Nice setting though and staff were friendly. Certainly not 5 star.

When our original hotel choice for Battambang was not available, our travel agent came up with here as an option. After a quick look online we quickly said yes & what an excellent choice of hotel she found for us.. We were greeted so very warmly when we arrived & throughout our 3 night stay the staff made you feel at ease & so very happy that you’d chosen to be staying there. The hotel is styled on a traditional Khmer property & very tasteful throughout. We had a delightful room overlooking the lily pond. The room was large & with everything you needed. A lovely open aired restaurant, again overlooking the lily pond served all the meals throughout our stay (see separate review on restaurant) A very nice swimming pool with shady areas made a perfect place to rest after a long day. The hotel is situated in a delightful small village of Wat Kor & we had lovely walks through the village visiting the village temple & ancient house. Finally it’s just a short Tuk Tuk journey into Battambang (approx $2 each way) Finally if it’s good enough for Brad & Angelina to stay there (more than once) then it’s certainly perfect for us !!!
