this place is horrible, my review is long over due. I had a late check in around 11 the person at the desk seemed as if they were in a bad mood and had a bit of an attitude. I get to the room and the tv doesn’t work, I try to call the front desk and explain and the phone doesn’t work so I reach the front desk via the Marriott app and they explain they will notify maintenance then 1 minute later says maintenance is gone for the night ( doesn’t offer to switch my room or anything) so I let them know through the app I need a 5am wake up call because I had a 6am appointment. I never went to sleep that night because I was scared to oversleep. Well they never gave the wake up call anyway so I’m glad I trusted my instinct. So overall no tv, no phone, no waking call and poor customer service. They need to give my points back tbh.
