The location was amazing and easy by walking in town, meet the hotel standards on cleanliness, service and location. staff is very friendly with smile especially on the breakfast time, they are really helpful.
However I have booked for 2 nights with the city view queen bed room, but It’s no city view at all.
Also, this room is on the upper ground floor and nearby the storage cleaning room is not the good idea for customer especially on the early morning time. The problem is the room always has a terrible noise all the time which make me terrible and can’t sleep well when I am being on the room. I have requested the room which away from elevators and good view before booking but not get anything at all.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing.The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The environment is great, and the hotel's central location makes it very convenient to get around everywhere on foot. The only downside is that there's no on-site parking, so you have to park a bit further away, which is a minor inconvenience.

Great location very clean and good standard breakfast. They did charge us a £10 deposit which i thought was a bit cheeky. Still waiting for it to be returned after a week.

Everything was amazing, we only have the following comment: we booked city view room, but we got upper ground floor room, with inner view, matted windows and windows could not be opened, and in the morning you could feel the breakfast smell.
Overall the hotel is still amazing, clean, nice staff, good breakfast, amazing location and we would chose it again.

We stayed one night to be honest, not enough in this lovely hotel, amazing members of staff no exception
Breakfast is limited but good.
I highly recommend this place and definitely we will go back there.
