Lansdown Grove Hotel

The location was good. Although not inside the city center, it just within walking distance. There’s bus also easily accesible from the hotel as it is on the main road.

Very good hotel - nice view to see the downtown. Breakfast was great. The only thing is it’s abt 10-15 mins walk to downtown- downhill to downtown and uphill walking back to the hotel.

What a lovely hotel. So clean with accommodating restaurant staff. Our room was spacious and clean and had the most amazing view. The bed was a little small and our radiator was stuck on despite it being a heatwave. We did make staff know but we’re told it wasn’t on…. It truly was!

Overall, our trip was just perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location with ample parking. At only £15 per 24 hours, we found this great value. The hotel is on a hill, but the buses run frequently directly outside the hotel. Our room was large and clean with everything you could need. The breakfast was fantastic and so much choice. It certainly set us up for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

It’s a little bit far from the city center, and without a car you have to walk uphill. Also, there was some renovation work going on at the hotel in early March, so we were woken up by the noise. But the overall experience is great, very clean, the staff were very helpful. The library and lounge were cozy and lovely.

Very welcoming at reception. Rooms were a good size and all amenities. Parking available at cost. Very conveniently positioned just outside the main centre.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. A short walk into Bath. The staff were great and the hotel is really lovely. We had room only so can’t comment on the food but I heard good things! Would stay there again
