Room at first floor and 2nd floor, no lift. Have to carry the luggages. Walking distance to nearby attraction.

I enjoyed staying with Brocks, the location is really great, nice and central to the old town of Bath. The guest house is classically kept, I liked the decor and quaint feel to the premises. The service was great, brocks made picking up and dropping off the keys nice and easy too!

This is a traditional local guesthouse, worth trying for those wanting to experience British charm. The receptionist was very welcoming, and there were maps and brochures at the entrance. The rooms were fully equipped, and coffee and cookies were provided. The only downside was the bed was too small ╮(╯▽╰)╭. At my normal height of 1.68 meters, my legs were practically sticking out, making it difficult to turn over and risking falling off the bed 😂. Otherwise, it's great value for money!

The environment is very good. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and very convenient. However, the sound insulation is not good. There are creaking noises. You can hear the creaking noises of people upstairs. The hygiene is OK. The decoration is very beautiful and everything is very complete.

Very beautiful room in style, size and accessories.
The only problem is the stairs to get to the rooms, it is important to know if you are unable or have large suitcases.
20 minute walk from Bath station. 18 minutes by bus and on foot.
Overall I recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful old guest house just along from Royal Crescent. A very friendly welcome, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Particularly liked the large chandelier above the bed and large sash window, beautiful to wake up to a bright, sunny morning (Very Jane Austen style). Heard a guest telling their partner the place needed a lift - i wouldn't recommend booking here if you cant climb stairs and im fairly sure nit many quaint Georgian houses had lifts!!! Maybe try a modern hotel instead (where you won't get the rustic charm)...

My partner and I stayed here during our first trip to Bath, and we had such a wonderful experience. The room was lovely, and the views were absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights was being just a short walk from the Royal Crescent, making it the perfect spot for an evening stroll. The location is fantastic—close enough to the town centre to explore everything Bath has to offer, while still feeling peaceful. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return on our next visit!
