Stayed Saturday October 19th. Arrived really late, just wanted a place to sleep. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is extremely outdated and not very clean. Smells awful. Needs alot fixed. Did spot a 🪳 as well. Beds are comfortable yes. I wouldn't shower or eat there. Nope. Keep your belongings in the car or you may take home bugs. Overall don't recommend unless you need something cheap or last minute.

We went at mid-June. Very old, dirty, and with sparse accommodations. Never could get internet. We had to sit in the lobby once or twice when we had to connect with businesses. It was a "what you paid for" deal. Many people there, were living there, and I suspect were not citizens of the U.S.A. No toilet paper in bathroom, no garbage pickup daily, no towels were being brought. We were right across the room from the laundry, so we took care of towels, trash and toilet paper on our own. No fan in the bathroom. I have never had a stay like this in ANY motel. UGH.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Filthy carpets, rusting bathtub and shower, holes in the bed sheets, trash littered throughout the property, stench of tobacco smoke and pet stains in the hallways, terrible mattress, no towel service unless you specifically request it. The entire place is gross.

This place left a lot to be desired. The hall carpets were dirty, my room carpet needed vacuuming. The door locks are a bit tenuous... the first room I was given had no deadbolt or flip lock. The second room only had a flip lock. There was no clock. The outlet behind the bed was falling out of the wall. The outside doors did not close tightly allowing anyone to walk in with or without a reservation. There were holes in the cabinet that held the microwave, tiles missing in the bathroom. The TV remote was gross. The elevator button lights didn't work leaving one to wonder if it had been called or what floor one would end up on. Needless to say, I would not recommend this to anyone.

STAY AWAY!! Lights didn’t work; AC hardly worked, bed was wobbly, carpets were filthy, tattered blankets, showers hardly drained and best for last Cockroaches!! 🪳 plus had to pay extra to use water park after paying for room! Bad service too

STAY AWAY!!!! The absolute worst experience we have had ever with a hotel! . The lights didn’t work, the ac didn’t work. Showers didn’t drain, toilet ran all night. Blankets ripped. One bed was broken. Carpets were filthy. Had to pay extra for the water park. Very poor management. Last but not least there were cockroaches in both the rooms we had!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. NOTHING like the pictures that are shown. Very run down on the outside and the inside is worse. We walked into our room and walked right out. Wet ceiling tiles, exposed wires and cockroaches on the walls. And a smell so bad that it just turned your stomach. You also could enter this hotel from any door. Not sure at all. Lots of people living there too. The manager at the front desk was very kind. He agrees that this hotel is in shambles and told us that it’s been bought out and will be a holiday inn but I’m the meantime nothing is done to keep it clean and running. He gave a us a full refund and did not charge cancellation as he knows that this hotel is nothing like advertised. We would have slept in my car if I was unable to find another hotel rather than sleep here. We had zero interest in swimming but he also told us that the pool hasn’t opened back Up since covid and the waterpark is only open on weekends.

Worst state of a hotel I have ever seen! Hanging electrical, cockroaches, mouldy ceiling tiles, puddles of water in the lobby, smell of death. However, the front desk guy was very accommodating and friendly. ******* left us high and dry bc we couldn’t find another hotel at the rate that we booked in December. We spent 5 hours on the phone with them and the supervisor, Allan was the worst CSR I have ever dealt with at *******.

This hotel was a disgusting train wreck I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to stay at. There was mold on the ceilings, chipping paint on the wall, the worst cigarette smell around our room, roaches on the toilet and walls, the remote didn’t go to the tv, the lights were flickering. It was a horrible experience.
