You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. We as permanent senior citizens from Sta.Rosa ,Laguna come to Matabunkay for almost 30 Years . Well this was the last time in Coral Beach! First: the bill of drinks doublet miraculously .My intervention and complain was noticed , We received a new one without the included refund. They thought they can keep the money, because I overtip mostly with 10% .And also no sorry for error! I claimed for refund and asked for at least an apology. Well this happened later numerous times from other employees! Bye the way we expats are often taken as walking ATM machines here . This about the so calld Filipino hospitality. 2. About 11pm I woke up from loud voices with laughing etc. out from the pool. I told them to shut up because I want to sleep .The probably Chinese guy with bacla friends aprouched me agressivly with intention to beat me up. I'm76 year old , with cancer and quite week. I gave up.....and went back to our room .They continued to swim until about 1am! 3.Barely sleeping we left the resort without breakfast around 6'30 Still confused and angry we forgot Phone fast charger and 3m extension Cable. But do you think we got noticed from the staff there ? They have our calling Nr and address.No ! Find out now if you want to go there ! I don't recommend it anymore . My previous reviews always are 5 Star. Now they get 3 !

Loved our stay at Splendido Hotel. I have read mixed reviews so I managed my expectations. It was a quick birthday weekend with my kids who haven't been to Tagaytay and they have been wanting to see Taal Volcano. I am so glad I chose Splendido. Totally leaned on the positive reviews. From the staff to the WiFi, from the bed to the bathtub, and the view OMG everything was perfect. I love how the staff was available but not hovering. It was secure, safe and so peaceful! My kids can't wait to be back and so do I. Thank you Splendido!

I am a backpacking person and I love to go places that are cold and somehow up near the clouds though of course being a solo person and wanting to have a peaceful getaway, Canyon Woods is what I found. My stay there was really nice and the food are delish in taste, though of course I always go out and check the travel spots near it still whenever I go back and stay for the night I loved it. Will go back here again

NuukTaal is a very special place. An amazing setting on Lake Taal just west of Talisay, the dramatic and some times tragic history of the lake and volcano present a stark contradiction to the serenity and beauty of this landscape. The hotel service and food are outstanding and the staff are as attentive, kind and overly polite people I’ve met. Absolutely beautiful and interesting respite. Will absolutely look forward to returning.

i enjoyed my stay at Crusoe Cabins. The beds and the cabins are clean and comfortable. I like the chair swing in the veranda. I appreciate that the aircons were very cool. I like it that they provide bikes for us to move around. They also has a golf cart that goes around every now and then. Service is good, the staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Towels are just a little tattered. I love the toiletries though. The beach is clean, not deep. Water was just knee high even if you have walked several feet away. It is good for none swimmers like me. My 93 year old mom even went to the waters and walked several feet away. The pool needs some upkeep. Some paints are chipping already. My son enjoyed the water slide though. It was a nice weekend even if I find the price expensive. I have not gone around but I know there are cheaper resorts in the area. I am just not sure how they compare.
