Everything’s so far is good But only one thing is the shuttle bus service,is really really very disappointed Wasting people time to wait but in the end shuttle bus din come Only this problem but overall is good

So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Heart stealing scenery , amazing hotel , romantic get away from busy city . Next to nongsa terminal not far away . Massage was so so so good , best in Batam forget her name but I tip her a lot . Room 205 client . The food cannot make it , it’s been years they never improve food . All the others is great . Except their chef is not good . Food is so bad . I have to be honest but u can eat outside the hotel . No grab food is allow .

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

The view, the rooms, the service, all are the best! You are taken care of in this resort!! They make everything easy for you, and they are very responsive thru whatsapp. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Kudos to the team!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a 2-day, 1-night stay at the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We also loved the nice swimming pool, which was perfect for a relaxing dip. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The staff were polite and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. While there weren't many activities to do around the area, the quiet nights made for a peaceful stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The villa rooms was great. It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms was very clean with full toiletries. The two huge crystal chandeliers in the lobby was impressive. Chinese New year decorations was very apt and beautiful. Breakfast spread was first class. This is definitely a go to hotel in Batam as it was strategically location in the heart of the city.

I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.
