"I went with my hubby n daughter, amazing connecting room was arranged. Room is so clean n good deluxe size. With impressive nostalgic view. The staff at the lobby, he has extended his assistance to us by bringing us to cross the road over to the opposite pharmacy to get some medication. We gratefully appreciated his help. There is even lobby with fifa football matches screening n the fruit juice is so well prepared service to us. Love this hotel n its location. Plus have all the staff with their sincere smiling faces, definitely will go back and stay. They also have wellness spa with reasonable rates in the room. We went for the facial wellness at a reasonable price."

"The hotel's location is very convenient; you're never too far from anywhere. The family room we stayed in was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a diverse range of food. Nearby, there's a large A2 food court, BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, massage parlors, hair salons, bird's nest shops, and local product stores, all within walking distance. If it's too hot to walk, you can easily and affordably take a Gojek."

"The hotel is okay overall, but some spots were dirty. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all—I set it to 16 but felt nothing. There was also leakage, so be careful not to place your things under the aircon. Not terrible-you get what you pay for. They do provide a toothbrush, but if you have braces, I recommend bringing your own (ifykyk). In the app it says there's luggage storage, but actually there isn't. Before coming, I tried calling the hotel-first time they picked up, said something, and hung up. Second time, they just picked up and hung up again. When I arrived and asked about luggage storage, they told me to leave my bag in an open area unattended. I couldn't risk that, so l had to check in early and pay an extra 100k. If you plan to stay more than one night, don't leave valuables in the room-housekeeping comes in to tidy up while you're out. Most important: If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend this hotel. There's a live band nearby until lam, and in the morning around 7-8am, housekeeping starts working-you can hear their voices very clearly"
