This was a luxurious place to stay and enjoy Bastia. Located within the walls of the Citadel with easy access to the must see sights of the city. We had a superior double room with a balcony and had a great view of the harbor and islands off the coast. The room was a comfortable size but the balcony made this the place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am sure we spent more time in our room because it was so welcoming and a great place to relax after walking all over town. I highly recommend this excellent hotel as the place to stay in Bastia.

L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une superbe vue panoramique. Pour accéder à la chambre, préparez vous à monter et descendre des escaliers notamment à l’extérieur 😥. La chambre est bien, bien que tarabiscotée. Nous n’avons pas aimé le service très très léger. Réceptionniste seule et peu empathique, personne au petit déjeuner (bon par ailleurs) pour aider les clients devant une machine à café hors service. Et le clou du séjour : une réservation prévue pour le dîner, assis sur une table ronde minuscule dans l’entrée de l’hôtel, dans un brouhaha infernal et ignorés par les serveurs et ce qui semblait être la patronne de l’hôtel. Bref au bout de 10mn nous sommes allés dîner ailleurs, fort bon du reste. Dommage pour un 4 étoiles. Rien à voir avec la Dimora à Saint Florent également 4 étoiles et au service impeccable.

Le mattelas était le meilleur que j'ai connu Accueil exceptionnel faut parler a Rosalie la directrice- experimentée et chaleureuse Un mine d'informations sur la corse Meilleure qu'un info touristique! Dejeuner tres tres bon Proximité de l'ascenseur de la citadelle permet un acces privilégié et facile au port de Bastia

Chambres tres cosy,avec un decor de bon gout et une vue exceptionnel sur la mer et sur le port de Bastia.Le petit dejuner est un des plus complete et varie’ que j’ai trouve’ chez des boutiques hotel comme celui ci.Lo staff est gentil et lès chambres sont bien insonorise’.L’hotel se trouve dans là zone pietonne’mais le parking public de la Citadelle de Bastia est tres voisin.Le prix est adequat au niveau de l’hotel

First stop in Corsica, straight off the ferry into the arms of this very comfortable, small hotel. Food for our late arrival was pre-arranged by email and ready for us to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the stunning port city. Our room facing the sea, was like a cave, cosy and buried into the hill, with a shared terrace. Breakfast was sumptuous. Service excellent throughout the hotel. Cabs arranged to and from port hotel and station. Bastia is beautiful. I'd return in a heartbeat.

Purtroppo il notro trasporto per Bastia via traghetto e' stato cancellato a causa di un fuoco ai motori. Capisco la mprenotazione non fosse rimborsabile, ma questa era una causa di forza maggiore. Nessuna comprensione da parte del customer service per un rimborso almeno parziale o disponibulita' poter posticipare la prenotazione. Quindi pessimo customer service.

Excellente localisation sur la Citadelle de Bastia. Très bon accueil, chambre très propre et spacieuse. Hôtel très bien décoré avec grand lobby très agréable. Restaurant et bar avec terrasse surplombant la ville avec vue sur la mer. Je recommande vivement !

Habituée du restaurant j’ai vu l’évolution de celui ci Je me régale à chaque fois La carte est petite mais le fait maison prône! La carte des vins est également top Ovation spéciale à l’accueil du personnel et de la directrice Habituée et reconnue Merci pour tout ça La vue est incroyable

Une vue magnifique. Dommage que tout le long du repas tout était à revoir : cocktail au goût d’eau, viande trop cuite difficilement mâchable (avec comme couverts des couteaux ronds de cantine), fondant au chocolat décongelé… Le serveur était à la fois incompétent, inexistant et insolant. Dans un si beau lieu c’est déplorable que la qualité culinaire et le service ne suivent pas.
