Das Appartement war sehr chic und komfortabel. Vom "Pool" auf dem Dach nicht zu viel erwarten, ist nur einen halben Meter tief. Nervig war, dass ich einen Garagenplatz gebucht hatte, aber aufgrung der Höhenbeschränkung nicht einfahren konnte, hätte man vorher mitteilen können...auf die Erstattung der Gebühr warte ich immer noch.

Do not use this place, very disorganized company ......check in was horrible as it is contactless as they say...you get there with no info sent of the code for check in, had many guest there with the same issues...took us 2 hours before we can get into the room. Over all not a good experience ...the room as run down and dirty so they had to switch us ......please spend your money some where else.

There was a gap between the bed and the wall where there should have been a bedhead. There were no cushions to put down the gap like in the photos. No air conditioning only a fan.They had flannel sheets on when it was 29 degrees. The pillows were so flat that they were of no use. The pictures look fantastic, but it's not what you get. There is bag storage at a cost but 15 steps to take them down and up again, this was not disclosed before purchasing no refunds,as being aged challenged this was an issue. Coffee in the bar Cafe was terrible 8Franks from a machine and you got half a cup.

As others have said, this is an awful, awful facility that has absent, ineffective customer service. The photos do NOT represent this particular location, and the rooms are like a converted bomb shelter or prison with stains on the walls. The kitchens are basically not usable for cooking because they are missing so many basic tools. Worst of all, if you have a problem, their "customer service" (if you can call it that) will only reply if they feel like it, and will otherwise ignore you if they don't want to answer.

Très bien situé près de la gare et du centre-ville. Commerces et transports juste a proximité. Lieu très calme la nuit. Les portes des chambres ont tendance à se refermer bruyamment. La machine à café à piston n’est pas simple d’utilisation. Check in a 15h et Check out a 10h est un peu juste. Bien dans l’ensemble
