Terrible experience. I book a room on ***********, hotel charge me before my arrival. I write them to inform that will arrive after midnight and if was a problem for check in. They say no problem at all. I arrive to the hotel at 00.10 no one there. No one reply to the phone numbers and so I lost until 1.30 am there waiting booking that wasn’t able to be in touch with them. Ridiculous only one word!
