Nothing but issues from the minute we tried to open the door and the lock was locked from the inside and we had to get maintenance to let us in and fix it. The room had no toilet paper and we had to track down housekeeping. We didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests we had booked for and had to get more and we also got a room where the air wasn’t working and the windows don’t open. It was so hot and humid as the room was near the pool we felt sick trying to sleep. The room wasn’t the cleanest and had many poorly patched holes all over the walls. We definitely won’t return.

Ctrip's service is OK! Today I was pissed off by that X website again: the flight I booked was cancelled, and they arranged a protection flight, which was to fly to another city the next day and transfer, which took a whole day. I gave up decisively, and the refund on the App was unsuccessful. Due to time constraints, I booked a direct flight at a high price. After that, I applied for a refund again, but they refused to refund me because the deadline had passed. The flight cancellation has caused me a lot of losses, but they still won't refund me. Is this company used to eating free meals?

everything was good, location clean, staff
however there was no toilet paper in my room nor kleenex..make sure..you do not nickle and dime your cleaning crew as to be so stingy they forget.

If you want to add a late check out it’s not allowed even though they have rooms available for the next day. If you want to book for another night because you have more business or because you’ve had a long week and want to rest; forget that idea too. You have to go to the front desk and tell them again that you are adding another day before 11 am.
Then when my fellow traveller went to the desk to get their key - despite the fact that I went through this circus routine - he was treated like he was trying to run some kind of a scam.
This treatment combined with the stench of stale of cigarettes amidst the numerous no smoking signs was a bit like a bad movie.
Never again.

This hotel was definetly a little more run down than I thought it would be. Fast and easy check in. However special requests were not met. Room could have been cleaner ( there were ants on the floor ) . There was plenty of parking and close to restaurants , gas stations and highway.

The room is old, not cleaned thoroughly, old towels are still there, the corridor has a strong smell of foreign food, the breakfast is poor and inedible
