Buffet was not good

Decent property. Complimentary breakfast was average.

Hotel room was rundown and outdated. Overall gross feeling. Mattress was stained, armchair dirty, luggage rest had a hole in it, desk chair marked and worn. A one or two star hotel at best. $533 for two nights. Not expensive but not cheap. See photos. Didn't sleep well. Felt gross.

The hotel room itself was fine, it was average in size and seemed clean. The bathroom was tiny and you could barely open the door fully as the door hit the toilet. Lots of restaurants close by. The pool is a joke. During our 2 night stay it was closed both days as they said the chemicals were off. I had called the hotel prior to our stay to ask if the pool was open since I had read many reviews stating it was closed. I was assured by the person that I spoke with that the pool was open and would be for our stay. The first day they had signs on the door and at the front desk saying it was closed. The second we went down to the pool around 8:30 PM and the kids were in for less than 5 minutes when the maintenance guy came and said they had to get out of the pool as he was closing it cause he couldn't see the dots on the floor. We could clearly see the dots he was referring to. The person I spoke with at the front desk the first day was less than helpful and I would go as far as saying she was rude. If you are looking for a hotel with the ability to swim you'll definitely want to pick another hotel as this one never seems to be open.

The crunchiest and noisiest beds I ever sat or laid on. The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be closed, looked like a broken hinge. The bathroom door also struck the toilet bowl, and had a gouge so it could fully open. Used K Cups left behind. A new Municipal Tax added. Front desk was amazed to learn about these things. Asked for Mary Lewis to come and check it out. No reply.

Great stay with the family! The staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating. We stayed for a week and were provided a room with a kitchenette, which provided the additional space and convenience needed for the 4 of us. The room was clean and temperature was perfect. Morning breakfast was delicious with welcoming staff. The location is great, close to restaurants with easy access to Hwy 400. Thank you!

Sooooo hot. Ac cranked in mid November. Terrible And harassed by security. Felt like I was back in high school. I have been in cooler saunas. Never slept in one. Didnt sleep much this weekend either. Stay somewhere else

Average stay. Rooms are starting to show some signs of wear. Beds are comfortable. Biggest complaint is the lighting, especially in the bathroom. Feels like you're getting ready in a dark tunnel. Please consider changing the mirror lighting for something else. Good location close to lots of amenities.

The bathrooms are the smallest I have ever seen in a Canadian hotel. You literally have difficulty turning around in them. The room next door was having a loud party, and slamming their door continuously until very late at night. We called the front desk, and were told, "there is nothing we can do about it". Disgraceful!
