Liam is an absolute star would definitely stay here again! The premier inn was too a very high standard and the food was great. The customer service was second to none. The business account was used and no issues with booking which sometimes can be na issue

Stay Away ! Staff are slow and lazy the quality of this Premier inn has went downhill in the past 1 years stayed August last year some lovely staff felt homely but this year ohh god ! What a shame its got such a great location and spacious rooms to see it run down to its ground . Restaurant service is appalling then what about the rude and un educated manageress Chloe !!!! She is one dodgy manager and has absolutely no Idea how to treat guests or to run a hotel . Feel sorry for her staff and this place ! Shame premier inn allow such managers to work in their hotels . Parking facilities was convenient . Wifi horrible connection . Furnishings needs some serious TLC !

Rooms noisy reception staff can be ignorant serving you with headphones on or playing with phones Breakfast is by far the worst, slow staff if you can find them, food is always warm to cold if it turns up. And the free unless wifi is hit and miss (why I have to pay extra in an already expensive place is a mystery) but some rooms do get a connection to the Ibis next door

Bon séjour, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Formule avec petit déjeuner parfaite pour nous. Assez bien situé, à 15min à pied de la station de métro Barking qui vous emmène directement au centre ou ailleurs à Londre. Supermarché juste à côté de l'hôtel super pratique. Lit confortable et établissement propre dans l'ensemble.

We needed to stop over in Barking for a night…which we weren’t particularly looking forward to! The location on the side of an a road is pretty grim but the hotel itself was far nicer than we expected. Staff were friendly, room was clean and we could barely hear noise from outside. Lovely friendly service, particularly from Lisa at breakfast. 😀

I stayed here last week and I was overall pleased with the stay. The young lady at check-in (sky??) was courteous and helpful. I did receive the wrong order in the restaurant but the manager Liam resolved this to my satisfaction and the food quality was good.

Stay overnight while in London visiting family, i was very happy with the stay the room very clean and comfortable bed . The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and very happy to help. We had a breakfast which was very enjoyable with friendly and professional serving staff . I would definitely recommend using this premier inn .
