La predisposición del Staff quienes hacen de la experiencia un ambiente super cálido y familiar. Excelente atención. Habitación cómoda, aclimatada y limpia. Baño con impecable presión y temperatura del agua. Andrés, Elfie, Natalia y Alex te deleitan con su amabilidad en cada momento y hacen que tu estadía sea una visita especial a su hogar. Recomendable para todos aquellos viajeros que deseen alejarse del ruidoso centro de BRC y desean una experiencia mucho más lugareña y cercana con un toque campestre Gales. Podrían mejorar las alternativas en el desayuno, donde podrían ofrecer upgrade del mismo desde el principio. En nuestro caso (4 noches); si bien fueron muy atentos en el detalle de darnos una parte del desayuno con opción distinta en cada día, fue en el último que supimos que habían otras opciones para escoger (con costo) y que muy gentilmente el Staff, ante la desinformación y nuestra confusión, optó por NO cobrarnos nada adicional, situación que sumó muchísimo más a la calidez humana del excelente recuerdo que nos llevamos de Equs y su linda gente.

Muy buena atención de sus dueños, nos tocó un clima muy frío, y realmente estuvimos muy calentitos. Muy buen desayuno. Alejado del caos de la ciudad, excelente para descansar. No dejen de probar el servicio de te por la tarde, todo riquísimo.

Las instalaciones generales de la posada son muy cálidas al igual que el trato que siempre fue muy amable. En mi caso, lamentablemente me toco una habitación que no era tan linda como la de las fotos y contaba con algunos detalles que le bajaban puntos como por ejemplo falta de aislamiento en las ventanas por donde entraba bastante frío y un baño con puerta galpon que no cerraba y se perdía bastante intimidad. A pesar de ello, en general la estadía fue linda, pero mejoraría esas cuestiones :)
