Worst hotel… NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE ROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY TOO MUCH KUDA KABADA IS ON ROOM BALCONI WITH HEAVY SEAPAGE,

BUT GOT UNFORTUNATELY KUDA KABADA SIDE VIEW,
I HAVE CHECKED IN MID NIGHT 12 BUT DUE TO PALTU MOSQUITO CANT SLEEP ALL NIGHT,
JANTA MY STAY WAS VERY VERY BAD IN THIS HOTEL AND RESORT,
STAFF WAS UNTRAINED AND DONT KNOW A SINGLE H OF HOSPITALITY,

सर्विस बहुत बेकार थी दोपहर में 12:00 मुझे नाश्ता दिया गया वह भी मेरे कई बार बोलने के बाद सुबह 7:00 हमने चेकिंग किया था हमने उनसे रिक्वेस्ट की की 3:00 हमारा चेक आउट कर दें पर वह नहीं माने उन्होंने बोला हमारे होटल का नियम है 11:00 ही चेक आउट होता है आप 12:00 तक कर लीजिए स्टाफ को अपडेट ही नहीं था कि मेरा चेकिंग कब होना है और चेक आउट कब होना है इनका स्टाफ सुबह अर्ली मॉर्निंग चेकिंग के लिए पैसे मांग रहा था

Everything was good from room to ambience. The wifi tv lights were working, bathroom was clean but there was drainage issue, water is accumulated on the bathroom floor due to bad slant of floor. Food was average and good

I had 2 days stay ( 3&4 sept, 24. Location was as per my convenience, rooms were big and neat. Food was ok and room service good.
