Very bad experience actually, because first of all they don’t provide international cards payment (only cash) & Indian cards. Also, they don’t have many staff for housekeeping + they don’t change the bedding everyday. I faced a problem putting my things in the toilet as there is no bench or anything & the hot water finishes, the quality of the cabinets are very poor & slightly broken + they don’t have an iron or an iron table and they don’t give you extra hangers for the clothes. In the reception also the staff don’t welcome us and don’t smile + at the entrance there is a very bad smell even outside the rooms. Many improvements are needed.

I visited Bareilly 25 Jan for and it was late night & most of the hotel was booked. But this hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very cleaned and well maintained. Good ventilation and have all facilities . I will highly recommend to visit it once. The cost perday is worth the facility they provide. You call them and your requested thing will be their in minutes. The Breakfast was also very good and morning tea is must try.
