*subject* feedback on extremely poor stay experience at hotel rajni, bareilly dear makemytrip team, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at hotel rajni, bareilly, on 14th november. I stayed there with my wife and son, and the experience was far from acceptable. Below are the key issues we faced: 1. *lack of cleanliness and hygiene* the hotel was in an unhygienic state. The floors were dirty, and a foul smell lingered due to the absence of an exhaust system. 2. *substandard bedding* the bedsheets and pillows provided were of extremely poor quality, adding to our discomfort. 3. *unprepared room* despite informing the hotel more than five hours before our arrival, the room was not ready when we checked in. 4. *inappropriate staff behavior* the hotel staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. Even after complaining about the unhygienic conditions, the cleaning staff failed to take any action. Instead, they merely accompanied me to inspect the issues without resolving them. This experience was highly disappointing and not in line with the standards i expect from a makemytrip partner hotel. I urge your team to review the quality standards of your listed properties and take corrective measures to avoid such incidents in the future.
