I don't know how this hotel is rated as a five-star hotel. The room I stayed in on the first floor was very dark and the facilities were old. I thought I was staying in an inn. Later, I paid an additional 100 euros (Ctrip refused to give it to me) to upgrade to the 4th floor. The space, light and facilities were better, but the bathroom had a peculiar smell and the breakfast was OK. This hotel is only 3-4 stars, and it is totally unworthy of the price of 2,000 to 3,000 per night
