Just like what everyone said, poor soundproofing, no windows that open directly, services and so on are similar to those of star hotels, other problems were not encountered, probably because I was always out playing

Hotel is in great location, next to Main Street.
Staff is friendly and efficient.
Room very comfortable and in full working order .
Bath was quite dangerous as you need to climb up. Spoke to front desk and they supplied a disposable bath mat. Much appreciated .
Great breakfast, limited variety but fantastic quality
Negative: for several days, I was saving coins to use at the automatic laundry nearby.
On the second day, we left about 12 Euro in various coins on the desk. In the evening upon our return the money had disappeared. We spoke to reception and they told us they had to speak to a manager, however in the meantime we should search our room . The next morning , we were leaving , we emptied the room and found nothing . Nobody from the hotel got back to us. I blame myself for no locking the coins, but thought this is a 5 star so should be safe . This is the reason service got a low score.

300 meters away from Casa Mila, the room is very comfortable and clean, the door is indeed not soundproof, but when I stayed there was basically no one walking around, so it didn't affect it. My favorite hotel throughout my trip to Europe. The location is better than the hotels in the old town. Taking a taxi in the old town is too inconvenient.
