This is really the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. A five-star hotel at a five-star price. The staff in the store acted like they were worth millions and their service was very bad. It was very noisy outside at 7 or 8 o'clock in the day. The sound insulation was super poor! At 2 or 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, the floor and the machine outside kept making noises. It was 30 degrees without air conditioning, and all the pillows had a peculiar smell. When I told the front desk about these situations during the day, they acted as if they had no choice but to change the room. After changing the room, it was still the same, and they insisted that there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning. We just needed to explain that the pillows were changed, and they acted indifferently as if we were deliberately looking for trouble. The hygiene was terrible... I made a mistake and booked four nights at the Colon Hotel in Barcelona with the view of the Sagrada Familia.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were absolutely incredible, and the amenities excellent. The hotels restaurant was better overall than some of the Michelin starred places we dined at in Barcelona. The concierge was remarkably knowledgeable about the surrounding area and things to do, the gym was pleasant if quite small, and Reyes was excellent help in leaving and arriving at the hotel.

Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Both doormen, Deep and Reyes, were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were my secret fairies during my stay, as every afternoon, I entered into not just a clean room but a thoughtfully organized room! All features in the room felt luxurious from the towels to bed sheets to furniture and toiletries. I loved the invitation by the hotel for using provided water bottles to be more sustainable during the stay. Finally, the food and drinks menu at the restaurant on the first floor were simply delicious and creative. The ambience and decor was classy and comfortable, and I only wish I had more time to enjoy the stylish common areas.

Superior staff that exhaust all efforts to ensure their guests are treated like family. Mery and her staff worked tirelessly to make our visit an enduring memory. Great location for exploring the local sites by foot, and excellent on site dining.

Geanina at the front desk was outstanding and more thanhelpful! Fillip at the bar was great! The rooms are beautiful and the location is very centralized. The property is a date back in time, but the rooms were plush and comfortable! Would stay again without hesitation!

Beautiful hotel with an interesting history. The architecture and decor were stunning. Staff, from front desk to restaurant, were fantastic. Batuar breakfast and dinner were amazing. One of the best hotel dinners I’ve had in 40 years of traveling. Pricey but worth the splurge IMO.
