The location was perfect. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and a lovely roof top garden area to spend the evening… however ‘Caesar’ the barman on the rooftop garden needs some customer service training, the worst level of service I have ever encountered in all my travels.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a viewing platform upstairs to see the Sagrada Familia. The environment and service are very good. You can check out for free at 2pm. The only drawback is that the water pressure is relatively low. The plastic holder of the shower head cannot control the direction.
