It was okay at first, so I made another reservation, but when the room was changed, it was very hot and difficult. It's not that the staff were all like that, but they weren't friendly so it was uncomfortable. It was disappointing

The location is super good, with convenient transportation. The subway station is just 50 meters downstairs. Standing on the large balcony on the roof of the apartment building, you can overlook the entire Barcelona city scenery in 360 degrees, and watch the sunrise and sunset. It's really great. The room is fully equipped with pots, pans, knives and forks, electric stoves and refrigerators, so you can cook by yourself. There are many fresh supermarkets around, so it is very convenient to buy vegetables and you can cook freely. The main attractions: Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, etc. are all within sight. You can walk there in half an hour or an hour, and it only takes 3, 5 or 5, 6 stops by subway. Highly recommended! The only drawback is that the room we stayed in (not sure about other rooms) has no air conditioning and no exhaust fan in the bathroom, but the convection wind is strong when the doors and windows are opened, which can make up for this shortcoming.

Nice stay
Overall the stay in the residence was super. The location is good, next to the subway in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Barcelona. The Wi-Fi was great (I used it for work). The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness in the room.

Sauber und gut
Sehr saubere, direkt an der Metro gelegene Unterkunft. Zimmer einfach, aber gut. Kleine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank (nicht genutzt). Bad ebenfalls klein, aber sauber. In direkter Umgebung Supermarkt und Kneipe.

No Aircon and overpriced
I would say avoid this place in the summer when the temperature is high. There is no air-conditioning and the fan provided is useless and really noisy. It is impossible to sleep due to being unbearably hot.
It is very close to a metro but about 30 minute walk to the main centre of Barcelona.
Really overpriced for what it is.
It does have a fridge which is good and staff are friendly.

The receptionist was a delightful young woman who tried her best to help us.
We might have gotten charged twice by mistake. Our room was very comfortable once they gave us a fan. The views are amazing and the location is clearly marked.

The room was tiny and noisy, with no facilities, not even to make tea, the cook too didn’t work. The staff (except one casual) were poor communicators and unprofessional. No phone reception in my room, wifi intermittent. Best thing was being close to metro.
