Dies ist unser 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, das auch für ältere Menschen wunderbar ist. Meine Mutter ist 84 und kann sowohl die Thermalpools als auch den hoteleigenen Strand ohne Stufen problemlos erreichen.Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Schöne Zimmer, sehr gute Küche und ein tolles Angebot an Thermal und Kosmetik-Behandlungen. Besonders ausgezeichnet finde ich die therapeutischen Anwendungen. Ob Faszienmassagen oder Krankengymnastik im Thermalwasser, hier atmen die Wirbelsäule, Muskeln und Faszien auf. Hier gibt es nicht nur gewöhnliche Massagen und Fango sondern hochmoderne Behandlungen. Ideal für einen Kuraufenthalt

This hotel is beautiful and the staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was delicious, and our room was quite spacious. The thermal pool was fantastic- I was so relaxed! The private beach area was nice, but be warned there are some solicitors that approach you here. I would definitely come back here! There are several restaurants nearby that are also delicious!

Ischia, benessere , confort e accoglienza. L'Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme è tutto questo. Albergo sulla bellissima spiaggia di Maronti, bagni privati, due piscine termali. Non è tutto! Ristorante dedicato per una cena di ottima qualità, e per il pranzo il Bistro' del Parco con molte proposte marinare. Ma il valore aggiunto di questa struttura è l'accoglienza. L'esperienza, la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale consentono di personalizzare il soggiorno come un vestito su misura. Grazie.

We liked how peaceful it was and its proximity to the beach. The outdoor pool and indoor spa pool were good. Staff were very polite and were happy to help. We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as there were so many other cheaper options on the beachfront. Breakfast was ok but simple with limited options of hot and cold food. Many guests seemed to be over 60 with a couple of younger families.

Vi abbiamo soggiornato una settimana beneficiando di un ambiente rilassante e gradevole; il ristorante è di buona qualità e il bistrot ha cucinato anche piatti ischitani su richiesta (coniglio alla maniera isolana, zuppa di pesce). La camera (junior suite) era di poco inferiore alle attese, mentre la spiaggia, purtroppo, si è presentata di genere "condominiale" (spazi limitatissimi fra gli ombrelloni della medesima fila): in compenso, la qualità del mare ci è parsa indiscutibile. Il personale è corretto e molto professionale. Il soggiorno merita di essere replicato, dunque.

We had a wonderful stay the hotel is simple but very clean and nice. I would suggest a sea view delux room as the balcony is opening to the water and very nice. We were in 101 a very nice room. The restaurant was amazing. The first night we ate here because we were tired and it was the best food we had in our month long trip. Eat at the hotel you won't be disappointed
