Overall amazing experience. Staff is very kind and supportive. 5 star in hospitality. Good options for rooms. Food is delicious. Best in connectivity for site seeing. Highly recommend for family, newly wed couples etc................and centre heating was too good.. special shanaz and sajad manger

Lovely hotel near to gondola ride, Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breakfast as well.Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk specially ishfaq shafi. Will definitely come again to this place....

Sharing the unpleasant experience related to overnight stay at Welcome Hotel. The toilets were in pathetic condition - toilet seat was broken/detached, water leaking hence the hotel authorities closed the flushing system. Cleaning was not easy, unless take the risk to open the taps that were leaking, which could lead to flooding the room. Bedsheets and blankets were unclean, stained and thorn. Oil heater in the room not working. An electric blanket was provided however the power went off multiple times, and there was no back up. Crockery and utensils were stained or unclean. Not at all worth the stay

Very specific use of the hotel. well located near Gulmarg market, this is a hotel with simple amenities that are much more suitable for winter months than a summer stay. The rooms weren’t the cleanest, the washroom was iffy and linen was bit dirty. The outside facade is also broken in patches. For a price for 6k, probably expected better amenities and room condition. Staff were good. And the views are fantastic. Our room also had a bed heater. Book only if, really needed.

Cheap third Class hotel, ho water facilities available in washroom after Check-in we waited half an hour for washroom due to no water available, kitchen was unhygienic, locks were broken of *** door as well as washroom no fans no mirror no TV was working No use to stay in this hotel ever, No one was ready to refund the money because of booking made from MakeMyTrip @makemytrip. Very very very disappointing hotel.

We had 3 rooms booked for 1 Night and the moment we entered in we realized the mistake. As we went in 1st week of April 2024, most of the other hotels were full & we just got 1 room in another hotel and could not get other 2 rooms so had to stay in hotel. Its all messy, seepage in hotel and rooms, Linen was dirty to that extent that some sticky thing was on sheets..... If you prefer 3 star or 4 star hotel, this is not even 1 star. Do not book rooms in this hotel.

The hotel rooms are small in sizes and shabby, not properly maintained. Toilet doors were broken. The Oil heaters provided did not work. The services were pretty bad. The foods were inadequate during break fast and dinners as well. The rate as per MakeMyTrip was 2K/3K higher than the actual room tariff.

I had an opportunity to stay at welcome hotel Gulmarg ..overall the experience was superb .unfortunately..due to long travel ..one of my family members needed doctor assistantance however. The staff was spot an and arranged for a doctor with in minutes even at midnight..iam thankful to all the staff for all the help and making our staff comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the property for anyone looking out for qa relaxed stay at welcome hotel Gulmarg. Specially . Thanks Mr Shahnaz and salad bahia

The hotel is old property and needs immediate renovation. The rooms are small. Restaurant is good, Food is also served hot and good. The best part of the hotel is the view from the Room window. The staff is friendly and adjusting. Location is near the Gulmarg market (On road) which also a best part of the hotel.
