Continuous light problem and ac not working generator not working room booked with ac asked for refund, because used room without light and without ac hotel management said will refund it to mmt pls convey it once they refund

There is no provision of food, one has to walk 1.1.5 km for food. There is no generator even when the lights go out at night. When sitting on the toilet, dirty water falls on the body from above. Room service is not good

Amruta lodge rooms are good and clean but, staff is not at all professional, rude in behaviour, no tea and breakfast facilities at the hotel. Service not upto the mark did not provided bill as per my booking details

Morning breakfast was brought from outside cheap restaurant, bathrooms were poorly maintained, no hot water at night. Not worth to stay.

I was allotted suites room due to unavailable of rooms, but the room was fabulous and clean. Stay was calm no disturbance at all. Hotel staff was good at service. Just they don't have there own kitchen. So food stuff u have to arrange from outside. Rest everything is fantastic. Parking issues are there but i don't mind as i didn't took my car there. Wanna visit again.

Goof location and good hotel. Staff was courteous
