"The location wasn't particularly bad, and there were tuk-tuks parked right in front of the hotel, which was great because I could go out and explore right after checking in. The room was clean, and while some might be bothered by the cleanliness of the bathroom, it didn't bother me personally. The front desk staff were very polite, and I had a lot of fun with the hotel's amenities like the pool, gym, and table tennis. It was also convenient to have a Lawson and a 7-Eleven nearby. Oh, and the big pink bear right inside the hotel entrance was really cute, which I liked."

"The hotel was very thoughtful; the staff even came to the entrance to help with luggage. The lobby is also large with plenty of chairs to sit and rest. 😴 The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it came with a fridge and two bottles of mineral water. The bathroom had disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as a hairdryer. There's a 7-Eleven just a one-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. They offer a free shuttle bus to the opposite side of Don Mueang Airport. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk into the airport terminal. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers with late-night or early-morning flights to DMK. (A timetable for the free airport shuttle bus is included in the pictures.)"

"Facilities: I booked a queen-sized bed (1.4m), but ended up with three single beds (with wheels underneath, so they moved around). Trip.com's customer service was quite prompt in resolving the issue. Cleanliness: The hygiene was acceptable. Environment: It's very close to the airport, which is great for late-night flights. It's about a 10-minute walk to 7-Eleven. Service: You can eat in the lobby, and they offer local jasmine tea and a microwave to heat up food. There are also tables and sofas available."

"The service was mid for a five star hotel. Understand that it is an eco hotel thus no aircon in the corridor, however it was too dark for children to walk at and there was lots of mosquitoes. In the room, the space was huge but there was a lot of mirrors which made it a little creepy with the lack of lightings. Aside from that, could look into anti slip mat in the bathroom, it was very slippery for children."

"The room was cute, and we had welcome drinks and popcorn! On our last day, we wanted to go to the spa and tried to make a reservation ourselves, but couldn't quite figure it out. We asked the staff for help, and they had brochures for a partnered spa and made the reservation for us, which was incredibly helpful! Plus, the spa's tuk-tuk picked us up from the hotel, which was great! The Chinese noodle place nearby was also delicious!"

"Overall, the stay was pleasant. We received two room cards upon check-in, which was very convenient for two people as we didn't have to constantly wait for each other. The location is excellent, very close to the BTS station, making it easy to travel to various attractions. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is handy for grabbing drinks, late-night snacks, or daily necessities. Additionally, if you need to do laundry during your stay, there are several self-service laundromats nearby within walking distance, which is very convenient for longer stays. Overall, the biggest advantages are the convenient transportation and good amenities. If you're primarily visiting Bangkok for tourism and plan to use the BTS daily for your itinerary, this is a very convenient place to stay."

"Came here for our anniversary trip, and at this price, it was truly a steal. The service is five-star, but the facilities are four-star at best. First, the pros: 1) Excellent service. They upgraded our room knowing it was our anniversary and even sent us dessert. 2) Housekeeping was very prompt, even cleaning twice. The first time was for general tidiness, and the second was for detailed touches (like laying out absorbent mats, etc.). My cosmetics were also neatly organized. 3) The room was very spacious, with comfortable bedding and a sofa. 4) They provided aromatherapy candles and other amenities, and someone even knocked on our door every evening to deliver facial mist. 5) High floor with great views. Now, the cons: 1) Currently undergoing extensive renovation, so the public areas are very small. The hotel lobby entrance requires going through a narrow, cardboard-partitioned corridor, which looks undignified. 2) Due to the renovation, check-in was on the 19th floor, and the waiting time was extremely long. It was the longest I've ever waited to check in. Every time we returned to our room, we had to go to the 19th floor to switch elevators to the guest room area. 3) A bit far from the subway station. Although there's a shuttle service, it's hourly and requires advance booking, so we didn't end up using it. 4) The in-room facilities are indeed old. The showerhead was difficult to use, with low water pressure and couldn't be fixed in place. 5) The TV placement was puzzling, but we didn't watch it anyway. I [redacted] but the hotel didn't offer any other plain porridge options... just a verbal mention."

"This hotel is super convenient! It's within walking distance to Iconsiam. Plus, they offer a hotel boat service to the pier, which saves you from traffic jams. You can also easily get to Songwat by boat from here. It's great to have boat access for all your comings and goings! There's also a 7-Eleven and a massage parlor right outside the hotel."
