I really loved how I was welcomed upon check-in, like a long-awaited guest.
I arrived in the morning, and my room was already ready, so they were able to check me in. A special thank you for that.
The room has a coffee machine (though coffee connoisseurs might not be impressed, as the capsules are very dark roast), tea, water, incredibly delicious handmade welcome toffees, and two complimentary mini-bar drinks.
Breakfasts were beyond praise: a huge variety, vibrant flavors, sea views, and friendly staff.
The housekeeping was excellent. The towels smelled lovely, and the bedding was clean. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. I couldn't find soft slippers; perhaps they're paid, but I missed them on the cold floor. I also couldn't find the air conditioner's off switch, and it was very cold, but I switched it to fan mode, and it stopped cooling, so I slept peacefully.
I usually move between different hotels to explore various areas and places, but I absolutely don't regret staying at this hotel for two nights. I even started saying ”I'm going home” in the evenings – that's how good and comfortable I felt. Especially after noisy places. It's quiet here; if you want entertainment, you can travel a bit further, or walk to 7/11, which I consider a plus."

"A beautiful, modern hotel where we only found positives.
Daily wet cleaning of the rooms with towel changes, very thorough cleaning, which is important for us. The room is modern, spacious, cozy, the plumbing is good and clearly maintained, everything works. Excellent air conditioning system and a spacious balcony.
On the 4th floor of the hotel there is a pool area: also very spacious, the pool is moderately deep, large and clean, with sun loungers and a bar nearby; there is a separate cool play area for children (even we adults found it interesting and fun to be there) 😁
The reception is open 24/7, the staff speaks good English, and it's also a nice touch that a separate employee greets you and escorts you to a taxi with your luggage.
A huge selection of dishes for breakfast - everything is very tasty and varied.
Everything you need is near the hotel: Jomtien Beach itself, many massage parlors, cafes, a 24-hour laundry, and a small market and exchange office within a 10-minute walk."

Guest UserThe hotel's interior and rooftop environment are good, but the external surroundings are not so great. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for light sleepers. There's a small night market downstairs with singing that goes on until 2-3 AM. Plus, the curtains don't block out light well; there's a gap that can't be closed properly, which affects sleep. It's also very noisy and has a strong smoke smell!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests were comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
The breakfast was another highlight of my stay, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, a fantastic location, and a great breakfast made for an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again!

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen

While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish.
🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms
✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out.
although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

Guest User1. The shower area doesn't have a door where it should, and there's a significant drop in the floor, making it easy to trip and twist an ankle.
2. It's too close to the bars, and the soundproofing is poor, so it gets quite noisy.
3. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed.
4. The mirror light in the room is broken and flickers uncontrollably.
5. The toothbrush cups are so thin; they could easily shatter if they hit the mirror.

The rooms aren't luxurious but they are renovated. I'd read online that the air conditioning was notoriously loud, so I mentally prepared myself and brought earplugs. Turns out it wasn't as loud as I'd imagined. The bedding was comfortable, the curtains blocked out all light, and I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the next room. We pushed the two queen-sized beds together to make a super king-sized bed, so we slept really well.
The water play was incredible! There were multiple interconnected pools, including big and small slides, some of which were quite thrilling. There was a diving pool, a lazy river, a pool for basketball, a swim-up bar, a splash area for toddlers, and you could even go into the sea to play in the waves. It catered to everyone's needs. Oh, and the gym was huge, well-equipped, and not crowded at all!
The kids' club is great for toddlers. My 6-year-old son also enjoyed playing with the younger kids there. You can drop them off for an hour at a time, and it's free!
Lost World is also a fantastic place for kids. The half-day ticket gives you four hours from when you first enter, and we managed two rounds on the zip line. It was a bit of a shame that the trampoline area was under maintenance. There's an indoor arcade and a movie area with free popcorn and slushies, which is a lifesaver for parents.
The breakfast was pretty good, with a rich variety of options that changed slightly every day, catering to different tastes. Plus, you could eat until 11 AM.
This is a highly recommended place for a family vacation.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with 7-Eleven stores on both sides when you step out. You can also take a songthaew towards the beach, and there are plenty of food options and massage places. Walking along the beach is also very relaxing. If you're looking to unwind, this is a great choice.

The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, and my English wasn't good enough to understand hers, nor was her English good enough to understand mine. It's mainly because my English is terrible. However, we could communicate most things. One evening, I wanted an extra room card, but she insisted I wait until the next day without explaining why. Breakfast was à la carte, only fried eggs, juice, and bread were available.

I didn't have high expectations for a hotel priced at around 200 baht, as I was planning a trip to Koh Larn and just needed a place to stay for a couple of nights.
However, I was incredibly satisfied! It offered excellent value for money!
The room decor was a bit older and darker (I could only book a twin room on the 3rd floor at the time; other room types might be brighter).
But, it was cleaned neatly and tidily every day, and a special shout-out to the male attendant on the 3rd floor, room 8. He was always enthusiastic, proactive in offering help, and very meticulous with the cleaning.
The lady at the front desk for breakfast was also very friendly, and there was a good variety of breakfast options. For this price, it was truly unexpected.
The pools were large and plentiful, the beach was right outside, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, and Jomtien Night Market is just a few minutes' walk away. The atmosphere along the beach road outside was also great!

It's not really central to any one major street which could be a disadvantage if you think you'll be 2 minutes from Soi Buakhao or Soi 7 -- you're not. But it's right in the middle of all the popular places, plus on the Baht Bus route to get to Beach Road. Quiet, modern, clean. Everything you could possibly need.
