"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. The location is excellent—very accessible and close to everything you might need. It made getting around so easy and stress-free. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. The beach was absolutely beautiful—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. What I also loved most is that there are plenty of nearby establishments for food and leisure. From restaurants to small hangout spots, everything is just a short walk away, giving you more options to enjoy your stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly come back again!"

"Nothing but positives for my 2-night stay. The check in was a breeze with the friendly, efficient and informative Dave at the counter. *The lift was state-of-the-art fast. * My Micro Room on the 4th floor was well-deigned to NOT feel small and more like a (small) studio - what with a queen bed well-placed on one end as to give the feel and illusion of space between it and the kitchen counter with a faucet and sink but curiously missing the clutter of a microwave and usual kitchen gadgets. It's obvious that it's a kitchen counter not meant to be used to do some cooking but only to wash whatever food, dishes and table ware brought in from outside. Which was just fine with me since I didn't plan to do any cooking during my stay there. *Loved that they provided a water pitcher for fetching complimentary drinking water from the cafe on the 2nd floor. Talking about the cafe, they had good breakfast, snacks and rice bowl options. *The bathroom was modern and clean and the hot/cold water worked as it should have. *Would I recommend Bayfront ColLive? You betcha! As a matter of fact, I intend to stay there again whenever I'll be back in Cebu City."

"Great location, very helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. Room was great, everything you would expect from a high quality hotel. Swimming pool was closed but they arranged access to Cebu City Sports Club swimming pool - well worth going to, the restaurant at the Club is very good, top food and the price is so cheap! So good that I ended up having lunch and dinner here in a single day! Thanks Seda for your welcoming staff, comfortable room, and excellentservice."

"I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. "My family and I recently completed a 4-day stay at the Amber Hotel, booking three rooms. This was our third time choosing this hotel, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. The Highlights: Location and Service The hotel’s biggest asset is, without a doubt, its location. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring Cebu City and accessing various tourist spots. The staff, as always, were a standout. They are genuinely accommodating and responsive; any issues we raised were addressed in a timely and courteous manner. This consistent, warm hospitality is a major reason we return. Another consistent highlight is the breakfast. We love the wide array of Filipino breakfast delicacies on offer, it’s a fantastic way to start the day and a real taste of home or a treat for visitors wanting to experience local flavors. Areas for Improvement: A Couple of Minor Annoyances While our overall experience was positive, there were two recurring issues we hope the management can address: 1. No Complimentary Slippers: This is a small but noticeable miss. In my experience traveling across the Philippines, this is the only hotel that doesn't provide in-room slippers. For guests, having slippers is not just about comfort but also about basic hygiene, allowing us to avoid wearing outdoor shoes inside the room. When we asked, we were told we could purchase them, which feels out of step with the standard amenities offered by other hotels in this category. 2. Bathroom Drainage Issue: There's a persistent problem with the shower drainage. During a shower, the water doesn't drain quickly enough and overflows, spreading across the bathroom floor and around the toilet bowl. We did report this, and the staff responded by removing the metal drain cover, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue remains, and the entire toilet area still gets wet after every shower. Final Verdict: Still a Solid Recommendation Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend the Amber Hotel. The prime location, the genuinely hospitable staff, and the delicious breakfast far outweigh the negatives. It remains a solid and reliable choice for families and travelers alike. We will likely be back for a fourth stay and hope to see these small issues resolved."

"The room was good. We went to the restaurant from our trip but they didn’t asked us if we are staying at the hotel bc we didn’t know there is discount. Service is good. The toilet lock is not functioning/hard to lock."

"We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him."

"I like the room, but I don’t really like the bathroom especially the bathtub. There seems to be some mold or dirt stuck on the mat-like lining, and the shower doesn’t have any labels indicating which is hot or cold. It’s disappointing because this is a 4-star hotel. Even the amenities, like the bottled water, are only 350 ml, which doesn’t feel worth the price we paid for the room. The bathroom really needs improvement because that’s one of the first things guests usually look at. We originally booked a Superior room, but they upgraded us to a Deluxe room. However, I’m still disappointed with that aspect because based on the booking, I actually preferred the Superior room I originally reserved it seemed better than the Deluxe room we were given."
