Great place and the standards you'd expect of Holiday Inn, but you really need to drive to make it more convenient. There's only one bus to and fro which costs 1,230 Yen from Shinano-Omachi station. There is also nothing in the near area nor any Uber services. Still, the restaurant is pretty decent and there's a pool + Onsen with a simple vending machine as well as a shop selling apparels or food items. Christmas vibes were all-in when we went around mid November.
Overall, a great hotel and if the location doesn't bother you because you drive, you'll likely have a good time.

Excellent location: The hotel is very close to JR Toyama Station and Toyama Electric Railway
The room is new and clean, overlooking the snowy scenery of Tateyama
There is a large public bath
However, guests must check in at 3:00pm, which lacks flexibility and requires guests to wait for a long time to check in at the same time. I hope the hotel can improve and be flexible! !
Moreover, Trip.com has deducted the fee from my credit card, but I have to pay again after arriving at the store. Of course trip.com said it would refund the fee, but now I have deducted a double fee, which is very unreasonable.

Location is on the top of the mountain, not very convenient
But self-driving tour, it doesn't matter
4.5 hour drive from Narita Airport to the hotel
Check in is already more than 12 am
The hotel staff checked in for us after get off work 
But it is snowing, there are mountain roads in the snow that are not open and there is no enclosure.
Mistake walked in because the mountain road that was not open did not shovel snow
The car is snowing.
Haocai is not far from the hotel

NNickyayumiEnvironment: Surrounded by mountains, the scenery is breathtaking. We mainly come here for skiing. It’s not too comfortable to soak in a hot spring after skiing. There is a special car to the ski resort, but we rented our own car, which is half an hour's drive from Happone.
Hygiene: very clean
Service: Our car broke down on the day we left. A beautiful lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic to help us solve the problem. She accompanied us throughout the process to call the car rental company and try various methods until the problem was solved. It took about 2 days. hours, which delayed her working time. When I left, I wanted to say thank you. She was already doing housekeeping, but unfortunately I didn't even ask her name. It is said that it is not the most high-end chain of Hoshino Resorts Group, but the service is super five-star. Most of the employees don't speak English very well, but they all try to communicate patiently and have translation software, so I don't think it's a problem. Various other details are meticulous. Very stunning.
This is my first time staying at Jiejie, and I’m already thinking about going there next time!

GGuest Userthe location is a bit far from the bus station but it's good that shuttle bus service is provided free of charge, the best thing is the dinner set with more than 10 dishes and all are very delicious, the onsen is also very relaxing with both indoor and outdoor, all staffs are very nice and polite

Hh0yuAlthough the building is old, the service was very good and it was a very pleasant stay.
The food was also very satisfying, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful. I was amazed that the food was replenished even 10 minutes before breakfast finished!
The bath was also spacious and very comfortable!
The view from the room was also beautiful!
