帶孩子從北京環內蒙自駕遊，包頭衹是其中停留的一站，但這家全季卻給了我們一種賓至如歸的温暖。房間乾淨整潔，所有的布草都很潔凈，家庭房寬敞明亮，飲用水提供非常充分，也主動提示再多給一份洗漱用品。衞生間乾濕分離，跟水池隔開的設計不影響其他人洗漱。房間小冰箱可以臨時存放一下食品。枕頭有高矮區別，對頸椎不好的人非常友好。房間隔音也很好，前台和保潔都會見面問好，退房還讓我們多帶點水，停車場也夠用。兩個小建議：8329洗浴間下水略微不暢了，可以稍微疏通一下。床下的夜燈過於敏感了，夜裡都用拖鞋自己擋了一下，翻身就亮。

We were supposed to stay for a night but since we have to wait for our PCR Test result we decided to stay one more night in Shangri-La before going back to Beijing. I do love the bed it's very comfortable to sleep and I did sleep like a baby. The bathtub is great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

There are living rooms, dining rooms, study rooms, two bathrooms! Breakfast is very local, there are lamb roast wheat, pot tea, sheep soup, the taste is also very good! There are many buildings in the whole hotel, garden-style, the environment is very good!
