"1. Overall, the hygiene was just okay. My room, 2127, had very obvious handprints on the door, and there was a strange smell inside. 2. The environment was quite satisfactory. 3. Regarding the service, I had a frustrating experience. After ordering food, the delivery rider left it at the front desk. I informed the front desk, but after waiting for half an hour, my food still hadn't been delivered to my room. I even called the front desk during that time to inquire about the delivery and was told it would be sent up. After waiting another half an hour without delivery, I went downstairs to pick it up myself and saw it was still sitting at the front desk. What's more, there were two delivery robots idle and unused for delivery. I told the front desk that if they're busy when food arrives, they could call the room or me, and I'd be happy to pick it up myself. I had ordered noodles, so you can imagine how that affected my meal. 4. The breakfast was genuinely not recommended. The quality was very mediocre, and the milk tea wasn't authentic. No matter what time you went, something was always out of stock, and the food itself just wasn't good. The live cooking station was understaffed and couldn't keep up, and even when food was prepared, it wasn't tasty. In summary, I hope the hotel focuses more on details and service to build a strong brand reputation. They should accept honest feedback and truly ensure high standards of service and quality. I look forward to a significantly improved experience on my next stay!"

"There seems to be a communication problem between departments. We tried to book a hotpot dinner for 6 people, but the front desk said it was fully booked for the evening. We left our number to be notified. Dinner starts at 6 PM, and by past 7 PM, we still hadn't received a call. So, we decided to go to the restaurant to check the situation. At the restaurant's reception, the staff asked how many people were in our party and said a 6-person table had just canceled its reservation, and they were about to call us. So, we went in. To our surprise, once inside, there were at least 6 or 7 empty tables for 6 people. We also noticed another 3 consecutive 6-person tables that were empty in another section. Additionally, several 4-person and 2-person tables were also empty. Yet, the front desk had claimed the hotpot was fully booked. Pictures confirm this. If all these empty tables were indeed reserved, why were they still available after 7 PM for a walk-in, while genuine customers like us were left waiting unnecessarily? What kind of reservation system do you have? If these tables weren't reserved, why were both the front desk and the gate staff telling everyone it was fully booked? Don't tell me these empty tables were just vacated by the previous wave of guests. One or two tables, maybe, but it's too much of a coincidence for 7 consecutive tables to have just left. I'm unsure if it's a management issue or if the staff were deliberately messing with customers, but the overall feeling was terrible. Next time I visit Xiangshawan, I definitely won't choose a hotel on the island again."

Secondly, the bedding is comfortable and the sponge memory pillow is extremely helpful for sleeping. The indoor lighting is also very soft, giving a relaxing and warm feeling. Paired with a small coffee table and four types of tea, you can enjoy Kung Fu tea and have a warm and comfortable sip. Once again, the smart toilet is so convenient! The bathroom is also equipped with laundry detergent and skin care products, which is very considerate. Shampoo and shower gel are both Herborist brands. The shower is also very designed!
