Staff was very nice, although the level of english was close to 0 for most of employee at the reception, except big boss Mr Huang. But I repeat, all the staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel asks for a 500RMB deposit ; when you leave the hotel, you must wait the « room check » to be sure that you didn’t drink a coke, a sprite, ate a tiny bag of chips or break anything. On these aspects, a cheap 120rmb/night hostel has better service than this five star hotel. Otherwise the location is very nice, the private hot spring is very nice. Chinese restaurant is very good. A great thank to the very nice and helpful staff.

For the relatively low price compared to other resorts in the area, I wasn't bothered that the facilities were dated. The resort is located a mere 3km from Qixianling National Park, the jungle and river view directly outside my balcony was gorgeous, and the receptionists offered incredible service. Although they spoke limited English, the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to assist me...from booking my car transfer to Sanya airport at a fraction of the cost compared to DiDi to allowing me to eat the complimentary breakfast before leaving, even though it before breakfast was open for guests. It is very comfortable to take a bath on the terrace and watch the scenery. However, the service details need to be improved. If there is enough money for the next renovation, the swimming pool will be readjusted and the row of guest rooms on the left side of the sixth floor will be demolished. A large horizontal infinity swimming pool facing Qixianling will give the hotel a lot of photos.

The service is in place, there are many people in the peak season, but the check-out time is still extended for us for free, very thoughtful. The whole family is very satisfied with the trip.
