我和我朋友是早上6點入住的當時我到前台辦理入住服務態度很不好 上去房間床單上面有不明液體 枕套都是黑的 我打電話問怎麼處理我説換床單她説沒有值班的 我想請問這麼大酒店沒有值班的嗎？ 然後她就掛了電話 過了大概10分鐘還沒有回電話告訴我怎麼解決 我又打過去她説現在沒房間我説哪我咋睡覺了明明當時攜程顯示還有倆間房 最後我説的給我換了 真無語了🤦♀️我來住店不是來看你給我嚕嚕臉
