Bad experience - false advertising
We booked a room at this hostel because it was clearly stated that the room would have a private bathroom, which was very important to us. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the bathroom was shared. We immediately informed the staff, but they were unwilling to provide any other options and only offered to move us to a room with a private bathroom for one night, with the condition that we leave by 7 AM the next morning. They also refused to issue a refund, which was completely unacceptable.
We paid for a service we did not receive and were treated with no consideration. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
