At first I was a little hesitant because I came in at 12 at night the lights at the reception were off but it turned out there was someone and overall it was okay for this price, nothing else but the TV couldn't be adjusted huhu I tried calling security but it still didn't work but it's okay the important thing is there is an effort to fix it

AAmbarThere are so much to critisize about Dialoog for booking a suite room. From the first time we arrived that we can't use too much hot water, because it only provides for two people when I was bringing 2 children so we have to wait for some time to refill the hot water tank. And for a suite they don't have a refrigerator in the room. The amenities very standard, only dental kit. The room itself so spacious, and we got the sea view which was super nice.
The facilities are complete, spa room, gym with equiped tools, the infinity swimming pool also nice and clean. The surrounding view was the best!
And here come the not so good part, the breakfast experience. As the biggest resort in town, the breakfast variations was very limited! Because after this hotel I moved to another hotel, Dialoog breakfast can't even compare to them. The taste wa so so. They only provide black coffee, and when my husband wanted a cup of latte we have to pay for extra price which in another hotel we got it for free. And it's standard in 4-5 stars hotel. Only a black coffee when we pay 3 million/day for a suite. They don't put the juices in jar, but as per request they poured it for us in a small glass, and the variation of juices only papaya, watermelon, and melon. Super standard food variation. You can have it all you can drink was tea , water, and coffee 😁 It was peak season and I don't impressed at all with the food.
At least I was amazed by the views and the resort. So it covered my dissapointment of hotel experience. Will I come back again to this hotel? NO! It wasn't worth the price trust me, unless ypu choose this hotel ONLY for the views.

GGuest UserRoom was spacious and the meal was tasty to our liking. Loved their Singkong Goreng menu! The staff was nice and our driver who picked up us in the airport was very helpful. Hotel environment provided a jogging track and nice view to stroll. So lavish! The improvement they can do is the floor cleaning to make it cleaner. And to care monitoring of the last night dishes of which were still stacked in our terrace by noon. When we stayed, there was a renovation which a bit noisy after we came back from Ijen to take a rest. But the worker stopped at evening. Overall, we enjoyed our staying and would stay there again if going to Ijen again.

SSteven DowsonGood location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

GGEEK N CHEEP TRAVEL3B is a bubble, magically floating above everything. It's own world. A monkey kingdom. A swimming resort. Resto has the best woman chef in the biz. Many come, less are booked in. A venue for social media photo shoots. A gathering place and respite for business and company crew to discuss. A place for lovers, families with children. All in the same bubble.
Certainly not a morning spot but rather the dayy seems to begin close to midday and goes deep into the night. Enormous potential for live music. Enormous potential for romance. 3B like the heart is always open to everybody Enjoy the ride, the ambience. Among the top 3 resorts south of ketapang.

ZZongyouyitianhuanqiulvxingI was really tired after going to bromo, so I decided to take an extra day in ijen and stay in a beautiful hotel to rest my feet! It turned out to be too wise
🌟Time and route
The hotel is located in a deep mountain, so it is very difficult to find. No wonder the name is: hidden paradise. It takes four or five hours to drive from the foot of Bromo Mountain to the hotel. After entering the mountain, there are S-shaped roads. You must use Google Maps to navigate. We are open from noon to evening, so a two-night stay is more appropriate.
🌟Hotel environment
It’s so beautiful that I’m speechless! It feels like this is the back garden of paradise. You can see the volcano🌋 in the distance, as well as the mist in the morning, the green grass, the bright sunshine and the palm trees. The body and mind are healed ❤️🩹, and the fatigue of climbing all night is gone. It can be relieved well. Overall, it is not particularly luxurious, but it gives people a very relaxing feeling and there are not many people. Hotels are basically villas. If it is a standard room, the interior may be average. It is best to book a suite, which will be larger and have its own balcony, such as P4.
🌟Peripherals to play with
We mainly rested in the hotel and also experienced the hotel spa. It was not particularly expensive. It cost about 400r for two people. Breakfast and dinner were also served in the hotel restaurant. The next night we went to Ijen Volcano, which took about 1.5 hours by car.
In the surrounding area, you can go to 1️⃣baluran national park, a wildlife park, which takes about 2 hours by car. 2️⃣Lord of the Rings Forest, dejawan forest

GGEEK N CHEEP TRAVELAgus and Rose, managers, quickly became friends. She sure can cook and he loves Deep Purple. Sweet deal, cute rooms, colourful. And of course, location, location, location as brief stroll from train station to homestay. Also, close enough to ferry Bali. Buy a ticket anywhere. And pick up point for blue fire, Ijen. Close to Indomart. Check out local karaoke at Warung Panjang or cruise onto a resort restaurant at Watudodol. Turn right to Port and city or left to karaoke and beach resort. They're kinda working class heroes. Sure to enjoy your stay and enjoy the locals.
