Отель находится очень далеко от подъемника.Есть трансфер до оного. О плюсах! На ресепшене женщина говорит по русски решает все вопросы!!!,отзывчивая и вникает в проблемуи решает ее!!!! Администратор очень профессиональная девушка!!!На этих работниках и держится отель. Официантка Богомилия по утрам,тихо, спокойно с осознанием дела,старается и добросовестно выполняет свои обязанности! Уборка номеров хорошая( если не придираться) Завтрак+ ужин,выбор не большой,но еда всегда была вкусная, респект шеф-повару!!! Пожалуй это всё. Минусы. Вечером официант,без волос на голове,чтоб не ошибиться,с лицом хозяина заведения,,ПОМОГАЕТ В КАВЫЧКАХ,, Вам принимать пищу.Крайне навязчиво с панебратством... Не хочу вдаваться в детали. САМЫЙ БОЛЬШОЙ МИНУС,ЭТО ПЛАТНЫЙ БАР!!! После катания хочется посидеть в столовой,отдохнуть ,поделиться впечатлениями.Но?! Нельзя приносить свои напитки! ОБ ЭТОМ НИГДЕ НЕ СКАЗАНО!!! В баре ракия и местное вино.Цены,нифига не демократичные.Да и как нам жителям солнечной страны,где каждый житель разбирается и в вине,и в крепких напитках,пить местные напитки,которые ,лично как по мне ну не очень?! Такова концепция отеля. Я ты поставил оценку Ноль!Но люди ,которые трудятся на благо отеля заслуживают свой бал! Поэтому оценка именно такая! ОТЕЛЬ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! Только если все отели заняты,заселяйтесь

The hotel is ok, food is good, but breakfast could be more various. The rooms are clean, but not luxurious clean (I mean, there were spider webs on the walls). The pool was cold and that’s a big minus unfortunately, because we chose this place being with a baby. Also, if you want bath robes, they are not included in the room price. They are 7 leva. Sauna is ok.
