The service staff is very good, speak well, not much like sometimes. Unlike I used to read reviews at first, I didn't dare to go. When I tried it, I was very impressed. The air conditioner is cool, the bathroom is wide, the water is strong, the bed is not that hard. The room we got was clean. But the curtains are a bit transparent With the room rarely collect the sweep, but the price This is worth it. Definitely go to sleep again.

I am not certain what NASA or Vegas have to do with the hotel. It is, however, an acceptable international hotel. Please don't expect a luxury hotel. The photos make it appear much grander than it is. If you are okay with that, and if you travel in Asia often, then you will find the hotel is perfectly acceptable with aircon, hot water, TV, friendly hotel maid staff, and large rooms with a small refrigerator, comfortable mattresses, and bedding. There are more luxurious rooms, but they cost a bit more. Be advised, the bookings are often non-refundable, unlike other hotels. While the hotel is adjacent to the Skytrain, unless you are going to the airport and back, that particular line leads nowhere, and you will have to transfer to a bus or find another means of conveyance to reach your destination anywhere within Bangkok. I often took taxis or Grab cars- which wasn't too bad, airconditioned, and not at all expensive. Sadly, while I was there, a fire destroyed the 7/11 across the street, forcing us all to walk 100 meters to the next nearest store. I hope they are able to make repairs soon.

Good location, very convenient since the hotel is in between 7-11 and Lotus mini (in gas dtation). Variety of street food and restaurant by taking Ka-Por (mini truck taxi) around 10 THB/person.

This is the worst hotel they should call me and inform me about extend but they dont i went back the hotel around 1am they move out all my luggage and my stuff and told me hotel full left me no where and stay at middle of the night. If thats the case why should i lft me contact to the hotel?????????? If forgot to extend please remind me not remove my stuffed!!!!!!!!!!!

We arrived early in Bangkok and went to the hotel to leave our luggages first. We tried to see if we could do an early check in, and we could but we had to pay an extra fee for early check in, which I thought was weird. Eventually decided against. The staff looked a little unfriendly too. We stayed for 1 night and had to check out early the next day around 430am. Please note that their service counter is only open after 9am. Luckily there was a security guard who could help us check out smoothly. The security guard was a life saviour man!

### Honest and Fair Review The hotel room was spacious and clean, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, there was a persistent pungent smell of urine throughout the room, which was quite off-putting. The beds were relatively big but not very comfortable, and the air-conditioning system seemed to blow hot air rather than cold, which made the room quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the kettle still had water from the previous use, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The TV only had Thai channels, with no international options available. The staff lacked customer care, and the reception experience was rather unpleasant. While Thai people are generally very nice, the reception staff at this hotel were short and unwelcoming, which was disappointing. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, I believe it should be rated only 3 stars. The location was okay, with plenty of food options around the vicinity. Breakfast was not great but acceptable. Overall, it was a budget-friendly option for a 4-star hotel, but it fell short of expectations. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it was adequate for a one-night stay.

Male staff and female staff with glasses were helpful and professional. However my stay wasn't comfortable. I had higher hopes expecting a capsule bed space, but it was disappointing. It was a small dark room with bluish gray walls that had 4 beds. Beds didn't have any hook or hangers. The toilet and shower were inside this small room. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable to have a non-female transgender individual in this small room. After using the only toilet in the room, the non-female guest stepped into the bathroom before I even got a chance to leave the bathroom. I could have booked a mixed room at hundreds of hostels in Bangkok which were cheaper. But I booked a FEMALE-ONLY room not expecting to share a room with a biological male person.

Only positives are the cool (but loud) air con, clean smoke-free room, and spacious but dated looking room with luggage rack. Location is quite far from MRT station. Lots of PRC tourists. Poor WiFi speed. Poor hot shower water pressure. Will choose another hotel in another location next time.

Now under Accor, SWissotel is not a new hotel but always love it here at BKK Huay Kwang area, street food, night market & MTR nearby. Hotel is big room space & very 90's feeling. I like it here, except the many noisy Chinese tourist who shouts from the lobby across when they talk. Its Chinese culture for aunties & uncles who cannot control their volume. They hog the breakfast buffet which was otherwise very nice serving of Thai & Intennational buffet. I had a 40sqm room facing the pool and the view with russian swimmers is just a bonus. Rooms are spacious & hotel very well maintained. Great Value for money

Really? The hotel have big issues, yes its ”cheaper” then a comparable hotel but the issue list is so long. From noise, over not working internet (really total death!), to glass doors, bugs, no water pressure ... the list is sadly really long. And even for the price, hey its already far outside of the city center. Only good close to MRT ... but hmmm you need to improve massive but nobody want to listen. First FIX THE INTERNET!!! But Gym is amazing and pool is good too. Just the overall rooms are ... no idea, I test already over 10 different rooms in this hotel.
