Everything was good except mini-fridge in room ( not cold enough ) A new budget hotel’s located behind Central Plaza Bangna surrounding with Korean & Chinese restaurants and Korean mini mart so not to worry where to eat as the opposite is a big mall of Central Groups !! Clean compact nice and good design of room l. Good wifi. Not a soundproof room. Recommended for stopover or spend few night.

We had a booking issue and needed a cheap stay.... the bed was huge and the room while run down was very clean. There are definetly upgrades needed- for example the shower curtain left a foot gap at the bottom getting water all over. Also the aircon system was extremly loud. Our encounters with staff were kind and helpful especially the doorman. My daughter enjoyed the pool. we did not have any experience with massage parlor but especially in the evening I would not consider this ”family friendly”. The breakfast was decent and had some variety- however most food were cold by the time I got back to my table. This place is quite far from downtown but the BTS is within walking distance (took us over an hour from DMK and thats with minimal traffic). I would stay again if needing last minute hotel however if I was looking for a vacation stay I would look at other options.

Our room were on the high floor & quiet albeit facing the city. Check-in/out was smooth. The staffs were friendly & helpful. Stayed for 2 nights only then switched hotel to be near to the city centre. 10mins walk to the Skywalk where BTS Bang-na is located but there is free shuttle daily until 10am, too.

Dear all, I want to share my bitter sweet experiences of my Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) stay at Maple Hotel Bang Na. The pickup and arrival in Hotel is OK. Food is OK. The food and beverage manager is understanding and kind. If you are staying here alone and don't have any other requirements, no problem. I want to share something so that you know what you will be getting from Maple Hotel Bang Na. I booked the Deluxe room package on the ASQ brochure released by them. On their website, they stated that deluxe room have bathtub, but not in their ASQ brochure. So I contacted them and ask the type of room we are staying at the moment and to be transfer to deluxe room with Bathtub. 16 days quarantine in the room, at least we can relax in bathtub since we can't use the pool. On their websites the room we are staying (by looking at the room design and information provided), we assume that we are staying in Superior room, which is one grade lower. For the first 11 days, their excuses were the deluxe room with bathtub is in another building and they refuse to tell me what room that we are staying at the moment. So the General Manager (Owner) called me on day 12 and ask me what I want. I ask the hotel to honor their offer advertise on the brochure. I ask him, what room we are staying in at the moment and he do not want to tell me. So I explained to him that the room type offered is deluxe room and in their website stated that deluxe room have bathtub. He keep repeating that he do not want to listen to me talking about the package on the brochure. Then he THREATEN to complaint to Government if I request for room with Bathtub or talk about what is in the package. The GM also stated very clear that I should listen to him, not he listen to me. The GM also lied that Thai Government forbid them to provide rooms with bathtub to ASQ customers. So I called the hotel front desk and spoke with the so called ”Covid Manager”. This time, They give excuses that there are two type of deluxe room, one with bathtub, one without. They said every single room allocated for ASQ including Luxury, Executive and Family WILL NOT HAVE bathtub. So I reconfirmed with the him if there are such regulation by Thai Government that forbid Maple Hotel to provide bathtub to ASQ customer, at first he said YES, Thai Government don't allow them to provide bahtub to ASQ customer, then I ask that other ASQ hotel provide room with bathtub, this time he immediately said that it's Maple Hotel decision to not provide bathtub to ASQ customer. They said they are loosing money by offering us ASQ customers room with bathtub. In reality, they will go bankrupt if it isn't for ASQ. They should appreciate us, not the opposite. For the 16days quarantine at Maple Hotel, I feared for my daughter safety and my safety as anything could happen as long as we stay in their property because we will only received our Covid Free Certificate. Firstly the staff were very helpful as I had booked the wrong date. They offered to cancel my booking and rebook.?unfortunately Thevagent between them and Trip failed to communicate this later and my refund for the booking was slightly hard work to get, it that was no fault of the staff who were very helpful throughout that process. The hotel is close to the Bts station which is a plus, but adjacent to a very busy road and my sleep was disturbed by lorries rolling by in the night. The hotel should improve the soundproofing.

It is quite good to find a location close to the exhibition hall on a business trip. It is estimated that it will take 5 minutes to walk. The boss's service attitude is also very good, and the downside is that the senior room is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. It is a little difficult to take the luggage. The sanitation in the room is normal. Later, the ordinary room on the second floor is relatively small. There is no window, the toilet pipe is still leaking, it rains at night, ticking, it is not clear whether it is the sound of rain outside, or the sound of leaking in the toilet. It is still a bit horrible to recall it,

Suddenly booked a lot at 1 am, and it was almost 2 o'clock. The aunt took good care of her and spoke well. The room was clean and okay. The mattress was soft, the pillows were soft, the air conditioner was cold, and the air conditioner was so quiet. But in general, sleep well, sleep well, and okay.

MH796 is landed at BKK after midnight & We arrived at Thomson Residence at 2.30 am. The front counter is 24 hours and we experienced hassle free check in. The counter staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Got surprises with the silent environment and cozy room when we first open the room’s door (No. 445 - Grand Deluxe Room). The room were equipped with a mini kitchen (cooking utensils & infrared stove + hoarding), medium type refrigerator & microwave. Easily to handle and clean up the utensils. We love the bathtub with a front view. We really enjoyed the long-stay at Thomson. Our room was clean-up every day by the cleaner & she is helpful to take out the laundry items from the washing machine, hang up shirt & pants at the hanging rack in front of the balconi. we are happy when the all the shirt and pants is ready to be used when we back from work at BITEC. Free shuttle (every 30 minutes) from Thomson to BITEC everyday really cut-off our waiting/walking time. Pay for a 1000 THB deposit & get back when checking out at the last day. Closest to BTS Bang Na & we enjoyed the train ride from Bang Na (E13) to the central location of Bangkok City (Siam). The hotel is located at the silent area but it is safe for an early morning & night walk. Just a short walking distance to HomePro and 7-11..Really enjoyed the 6 nights stay at Thomson Residence Hotel.

The room is spacious, well organised and extremely clean. Location is excellent only a step away from the Bts station, 7 eleven, udomone market and a nice food market. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and i think they speak multiple languages. The one downside is the distance from the center and the walls being very thin (you can hear everything next door), luckily my neighbours were not too bothersome.

Great location, situated by the Skytrain station which is about 5-6mins walk. Easy to get around. Given that, the hotel is by the road, and noise could be a major concern for some light sleeper. Overall the hotel is clean and accommodating
