The staff took very good care of us. The room was clean and in good condition. However, it was difficult to control the lights. The lamps could not be adjusted to be bright. The bathroom had wet and dry areas, but water kept dripping out. Overall, I was impressed with the care given to the elderly by the staff who were very attentive.

This was our second time staying at the Riva Surya, and we were still impressed with the service and attention from the staff.
From check in to check out the staff were fantastic especially traveling with my elderly parents they could do enough to help.
The Hotel location is great and is very close to many restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to Khao San Road and many market type stalls and shops.
We had breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant which provided many different options including Gluten Free bread.
Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and we had a great view from our balcony overlooking the Chao Praya River. During our stay the Pool was under maintenance, but the Hotel was kind enough to compensate us with a 10% discount voucher along with ฿1,000 off any food purchases per day from the Restaurant.
Will definitely be back for our 3rd stay at the Riva Surya and the staff need to be commended on their quality and detail to service.

A very pleasant stay in Riva Surya, very good service and very nice breakfast. A very strategic location near to Khaosan road, National Museum and Imperial Palace.

The room is comfortable and well-designed. The window facing the street has a second-story soundproof window, which reduces a lot of noise from the street. The bed is a little soft, but still comfortable. Two large bottles of water are provided every day, which is very considerate. The staff are friendly and courteous, and I always feel attentive greetings. The breakfast buffet is very delicious, with a wide variety of choices and the dishes change every day. The overall 4 day stay was great and highly recommended.
